The location is nice , the actual hotel its self is quite nice and big . The rooms were nice and spacious and the view was nice. breakfast itself was a bit average not a lot of options for a buffet but managed to eat a couple of things would have liked more variety to be honest as less expensive...

Everything was great apart from the 3 times the fire alarm went off on the Friday night. Beautiful location and very friendly staff. The rainy weather still have everyone smiling. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

Amazing facilities & very close to the beach & some great food! Only downside is it's a big complex & takes a few days to navigate around from your room to the main reception where most things are. Otherwise an amazing stay!

Room was extremely small, taps in bathroom basin in poor repair. Paid for two nights to attend a family wedding & when we decided to stay for a third night to spend extra time with husbands terminally ill father, we were charged $380.00 for one extra night, Very overpriced in our opinion. No fresh towels supplied over our three night...

Had an amazing stay while preparing our daughters wedding. The rooms were amazing. Large enough to have friends over. Great views-we overlooked the 2nd pool. Peaceful overlooking the main pool from the terrace while sipping a drink! Plenty to do for all interests.

Our 1St nights stay was a nightmare, loud music and guests in the room next door. Security coming to our room instead of next door, fire alarms being set off twice, not a peaceful sleep. Next night great

The room was great, fantastic location return customer but with children this time. Great service only complaint would be fire alarm going off 3 times in an hour very disrupting for child's sleep and with no explanation.

The accommodation and rooms and everything was absolutely beautiful. However during my stay the fire alarm sounded not only once which was a false alarm but almost 4-5 times. Having a young child stay with me he was restless early hours of the morning because of the constant sounding of the false fire alarms going off. Was not happy at...

One night trip. Friendly service, rooms lovely, noticed crumbs behind toaster, couldn't find compendium containing information about restaurants, cleaning expectations, how to use TV etc, bi-fold shutters didn't roll smoothly, pillows too soft for me, spa lovely, enjoyed my stay though
