Bella Vista is a hidden gem, in the middle of Merimbula! Judy and John are fantastic, they accommodated any request we had, and were just lovely to chat to. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the deck is spectacular, and the gardens of the B&B are like a paradise. We were...

This was our first experience with a B&B and owners John & Judy have certainly set the bar high! The courtyard is beautiful coupled with the absolute waterfront views from the front veranda. Our room was beautifully furnished with the king sized bed very comfortable. John & Judi were so welcoming and very helpful. We will definitely return to Belle...

You pull up to some gates on a fairly average looking street but when you walk through the archway-door, it takes your breath away! The entrance is a pretty Italian themed courtyard and off it are two "5-star hotel quality rooms." Very roomy, airy, light, well ventilated, adequate shower room, flat screen TV, tea and coffee making stuff, mini fridge,...

Judy and John were accommodating and helpful; they provided an early check-in and useful restaurant info. The room was large and pleasant. Bells Vista is on the lakefront so there were great views. There is a pretty and private courtyard . Bella Vista is very quiet and secure yet only a short walk from the centre. Judy's breakfast was delicious...

Large, open room, very comfortable bed, gorgeous views from the garden. Judy and John were relaxed, welcoming and unpretentious hosts, and I enjoyed chatting with them. The garden is beautifully maintained and the property is just a pleasure to visit. Will definitely stay again and will recommend the Bella Vista to colleagues.

This B&B was recommended to us by friends who have owned a B&B themselves. The accommodation and location was absolutely delightful. Breakfast was a real treat, especially on the second morning and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and so was the bed. No trouble sleeping here. There is a lovely view from the bedroom through...

We spent two nights here. There is a lovely view of the lake from the veranda a few steps from the room and a limited view from the back door of the middle room that we were in. The sunny courtyard is very nicely landscaped. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. But there is zero space to...

My husband and I have now stayed at the Bella Vista twice in a matter of months. The second time was just as good as the first. John and Judy are fabulous hosts who have taken care to look after the little things well - real milk in the fridge, top quality tea bags, coffee bags, not nasty instant stuff............

Sometimes when your travelling, or just staying local, you come across something, maybe a restaurant, accommodation or an attraction, that is above and beyond what you expected. Usually if because of the people who own, operate or staff it. Bella Vista B and B in Merimbula is one such place and Judy and John are those sort of people. We...
