Rooms: Dated and could use a few dollars spent on them. A fresh coat of non beige coloured paint wouldn't go astray! Along with some new modern looking ceiling fans that don't sound like they are going to wobble off the ceiling! We stayed in a two bedroom unit which is a bit small when compared to other accommodation in...

The unit is small, basic and clean. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Nelsinho Bay Marina and beach with lots of cool boutique shops and a cinema on the way there including a Woolworths for all your grocery needs. The unit had all the utensils required if you want to cook a meal at home. The living area...

The place was clean, staff friendly & the Bowls Club is very handy. We have tea at the club and they were fast & food good. I paid far too much for an overnight stay. I image it is great for a family stay. The property is a little tired. Overall I would say it's for a longer stay.

Our stay was pleasant and there are many good things to say about the landmark. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The pool is fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located. But as for the rooms... for a family the self contained kitchen is too small, no oven, no ventilation. We stayed for 6 nights and their was no offer to...

Our stay was almost faultless... We enjoyed everything about our stay except we were slightly disappointed by the fact that we had to pay for almost every extra. This includes if you wanted your room cleaned, if you wanted a fresh towel, and wifi. The views from our room were especially stunning and it was only a short walk to...

We took the room 515 which is on the 5th floor and overlooking Nelsons Bay and the beach. A very nice scenery day and night. The rooms on the 5th floor are actually duplex and you will have a toilet and bathroom, kitchenette. living room, children bed room on the first level and the master bedroom and huge toilet and...

3 nights in a budget suite....with budget amenities. Small shower spa, with no screen to keep water in the bath....had to get more towels to soak up the spillage....and we are only 2 average sized adults. for a 3 day stay, rooms were not serviced....I'm sure it's in the fine print, but we weren't aware of it !! Bowling is...

Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, free WIFI (only 100MB per day though), our room has spa/shower and the resort itself is only an 8 minute walk from Nelson Bay. Balconies are a bit low so be careful if you have small children.

Nice place, perfect location and close to bowling club and other cafes. Excellent views of the bay. The rooms are a good size and easy access. The balconies are large and take advantage of the views. The only downside is people smoke and this continually blows into the balcony.

We've been to the Landmark before so we were disappointed again but not surprised when we couldn't be allocated a room above level 1 for a better view. The receptionist pointed out we had only booked our three nights stay three weeks before and they saved the best rooms for people who were booking both Friday and Saturday nights, and...
