Spent last weekend here. Staff very helpful. Room and showers very clean and in good condition. Conveniently located. Pool area close to restaurant. Nice to just relax and have a coffee. Don't miss Fusions Chinese meal - best I have had in a few years

We stayed in a delux room. Bed was super comfortable. The room was very clean and bathroom was spacious. The staff were very helpful with everything and very friendly. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel was delicious for both breakfast and dinner with great serving sizes. Will be back for sure.

Yes budget part of the motel that is across from the main building - but even backpackers now have working lights, fly screens in the bathroom to keep out the mozzies. The many stains on the carpet were very off putting. Plastic ladies shower cap over the smoke alarm on the roof was really freaky. Considering not much cheaper than... More

Friendly service and great breakfast !!!. I stayed in the Budget Section which is now very dated and in need of repairs/refurbishment. No fan in bathroom and serious water damage. You pay for what you get and the room was adequate despite adjoining neighbours (different complex) which could be heard until the early hours of the morning.

I booked on-line and on arrival our details had not been processed due to internet problems. Front desk staff were somewhat helpful but not overly welcoming or friendly for a 4 star accommodation venue. The room was clean, of adequate size and the bed comfortable. However noise from the adjacent road was loud, especially first up in the morning.

I did stay in the standard room. The pictures must have been of the more deluxe rooms - so this is my error. In saying that, even for budget accomodation the room had and odour and the tv didn't work properly. The tv was replaced and still the maximum volume was barely audible. I did think the location was convenient... More

Peninsula is 2 hotels, Peninsula & Peninsula Palms (the budget accommodation). Its got all the comforts of the non budget rooms. Very clean, comfy & quiet. Best sleep Iv had away... More

The standard room had a king bed, foxtel and wifi and we found the stay very relaxing. Each morning of our 3 night stay, we had a buffet breakfast which was included in the deal. Each evening we dined in the Asian,Fusion Restaurant. The food at the restaurant was outstanding and nothing short of excellent. The whole staff was friendly and... More

Stayed here for a night. 2 adults and 2 babies. Used the budget accommodation. Was fine for what we needed. FOXTEL tv and the pool was very handy. Room was spacious and clean. Nice little restaurant and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Groupon voucher provided 5 nights here. Stayed in 2 bedroom standard apartment which was dated but spacious and functional. Ideally located to explore by car to all the sights in Port Stephens and beyond - Tomaree Head, d'Albora Marinas in Nelson Bay, Newcastle, Anna Bay sand-dunes, Hunter Valley vineyards! Although daily breakfast can be a nightmare in terms of lack... More
