SERVICE!!! The rooms are slightly dated (bathrooms small and circa 1960) but the motel is clean, serviced regularly, and the staff are super friendly. We stayed over christmas and everyone was always greeting with a smile the room cleaned daily and the food was great!! 5min drive to the beach and shellharbour village and quiet even though it fronts the... An old hotel in desparate need of a renovation. The hotel is stuck in an 80s timewarp. The shower screen doors long gone so shower curtains erected on the inside. Bed and sheets old and well worn. Very stale smell in room. Overall very disapointing for $142. Would recomend go on stayz and find a good bed and breakfast.

Took my two under 2 year old children for a weekend stay. Stayed in the family room with the 2 queen beds, room 10. Room was good and functional. Beds were fantastic so comfortable. Bathroom was a step back in time but was extremely clean. Credit to the Housekeeping duo they do a great job. Receptionist was efficient and friendly.... More

We stayed a Saturday night at the resort in an upstairs room for three. I would have to agree with other reviewers that this motel feels like your typical motel room you would have found as common place 20 years ago. However that said the resort does not sell itself as anything more than that. If you are expecting a... More

We stayed here for one night last weekend. We booked directly with the resort and they were friendly and flexible. We had to change our type of room a couple of days later and it was no trouble. The outside space is very spacious and open. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean and functional... More

Well it was a trip back memory lane walking into the room we booked. It was straight back to 1970's rural Australia. Although clean and functional it really needs a major update of facilities. On the bright side staff were friendly and the breakfast was very nice indeed. Wifi costs extra which seems odd in 2015.

Nice spacious rooms , clean and staff especially helpful. Easy.parking flattish and single story. Breakfast was.good and restaurant on site. Easy to find as it's a central location. Don't know about other attractions nearby as the weather was terrible

We stayed for two nights to catch up with family. Beds comfy. Bathroom bit outdated but with all amenities needed.plenty of parking room and area for older kids to get rid off pent up energy if they've been cooped up too long. Tennis was the highlight. I'm sure pool would've been had it been summer. Accomodating staff. Restaurant looked good... More

We last stayed here in 2014 and needed to stay near Shellharbour and found ourselves back again. The price has only got more expensive $ 165.00 for a ground floor room for 2 people overnight. The room a bit dated (especially bathroom) was extremely clean, bed and pillows comfortable and service friendly

We needed a 'cheap n cheerful' for a little 1 night stay. Clean & comfy, but from 5am the yelling, knocking (on our door too), banging & flushing started from the teens staying either side of us started! Take note....full hot breakfast is only served in your room on the weekend...so if you want this, it's much better value to... More
