Thanks for another warm, comfortable & relaxed visit to Thredbo. Room was clean & well equipped - thanks for the 3 different coffee (instant/plunger/pod) & tea. Bed super comfy & bathroom clean with lovely bath products. Great view from our balcony too. Great service, friendly & helpful staff. All round success & we will see u next year.

We stayed here on a whim. It was our last night after 5 days of hiking and camping, so we treated ourselves to a soft bed and some pampering. The hotel is of a time where you navigate staircases and halls rather than using lifts. All very charming. The rooms have a lot of wood panelling and are a little...

If you're looking for a hotel in Thredbo and you want to relax and not have to worry about travelling to far to get onto the snow then this is the place to stay. Located within a short walk to the main ticketing office and the chairlifts. Great bar for cocktails and parking provided - this is the way to...

Having booked a conference here , I was disappointed by the lack of assistance offered by staff. From not informing of the car park arrangements and having to purchase a permit from the national park in order to avoid a $100 fine. A simple explanation at time of check in could have reduced the hassle. In setting up the conference...

Just an overnight stay to show visiting family the village. We had not stayed at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel before but chose it because of its central location. They were very good to assure one of our party was given a room on the lower floor due to mobility problems. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Ours, on the...

On a wandering road trip to avoid excavation work at home. Popped in to the Alpine Hotel, one of my all time favourite places. First, the reasons why I like the the joint: location, location, location high in the Snowy Mountains; crisp cool air; fabulous ambience; all rooms have a view of the ski slopes; long mountain walks nearby; pleasant...

This hotel is in one of the best locations in Threadbo village - easy to access chair lift, bobsled run, mountain bikes, golf and hiking trails. The hotel though is looking quite tired and could do with a decent refurbishment. We had a balcony room looking up the mountain so that was great fun, but whilst rooms are small, the...
