DeFeo's Manor was perfect! Ellen is a great host! So warm and inviting. It feels like home! It was so easy to come and go and the room was beautiful! The hand painted Arizona theme made me feel like I was in the west. The bed was really comfy and cozy! A beautiful place, a beautiful host! It is located...

What a beautiful well taken care of B & B. Ellen made us feel like family & everything was perfect. We stayed in the Art Deco room & the decor was great. The hot croissants with fresh strawberries were delicious! Thank you for a perfect weekend.

My boyfriend and I chose to go to Jim Thorpe for our anniversary and wanted to stay in a bed and breakfast for the first time. I am so happy that we chose DeFeo's Manor. I felt incredibly welcomed by Ellen from when I first spoke to her on the phone to make the reservation. As soon as we pulled...

The Manor would be remarkable even disregarding your hosts were not. Ellen is most engaging host I've ever met. Ask Richard about his basketball days with Bill Bradley. The home is old and genuine. The bed and AC was comfortable with a view across the street from Mauch Chunk Opera House, a must-attend venue. The breakfast pastries and coffee outdoor...

Location, location ,location! Right in the heart of town hosted by Ellen Defeo who has an even bigger heart! This was our third stay here and will not be our last! Our room, The Blue Room, is comfortable with amazing views. Cheese and crackers, bottled water, coffee and candies awaiting us! Ellen opens her home and treats you as one...

The owner and her son are great people down to earth and made our experience welcoming. We felt at home. I shopped around before I settled and I made the perfect choice!! Clean, treats in the room, free wifi. Restocked every morning. Loved the attention to detail.

We had a charming time at this B&B. Ellen is a delightful person and gracious host. We were in the Arizona room. It, like the others, was painted to reflect its theme. This room was on the small side, but the others were larger. What's unique about the breakfasts is that you have them in the privacy of your room....

My wife & I couldn't have been happier with our weekend stay at Defeo's Manor. Ellen is wonderful. She made us feel right at home. The location is great, we were within walking distance of every place we visited in Jim Thorpe. The home is beautiful & the suite was awesome. Very spacious with a great view of the town....

Never had to move our car. Located in the center of town and no parking problems. Walked everywhere, even though it was cold. Loved the town!! We will be back. Loved all the shops, cafes. Not everything was open, but it was still great!
