This was the worse experience I have ever encounter in a hotel. I came for an overnight getaway with my niece and church group. Upon checking into our room around 1pm it seemed that one of the beds had been made and the other looked as if someone had slept in it. I pulled back the cover and found crumbs...

Hotel is bad. Toilet seat is cracked. Roach in a ice cube. Front desk staff real unprofessional kidding around while we were standing at the desk checking in. Hotel very outdated. Beads painting, wallpaper, front desk is falling apart. If I paid $25 a night I wouldn't complain but I spent more than that. Don't stay here.

Wow. I have watched this place go down hill over the years but now it is so bad I do not understand why the board of Health has not shut this place down. There is mold on walls, carpet missing, floors are so dirty. The only thing I have to say nice is that the Bar staff was great. Maybe...

When we pulled up to the hotel my initial reaction was-this doesn't looked modern at all. I stayed here because of my sons basketball tournament and this is the hotel the team chose to stay at. When I walked into the room and pulled the sheets back they were stained. The blankets were stained and one of the blankets had...

When you pull up to the hotel you can immediately see that it's a dump. We brought 3 youth basketball teams for a tournament so we thought a family resort would be nice. This place was so dirty, musty and dilapidated! My son brushed against the curtain and his black shirt was covered in gray dust. It was disgusting. The...

For years my husband and I have stayed at this resort. Even brought others due to the amenities it offers. This time will be my last until MAJOR improvements are made. Dried spills, disgusting carpet, elevator broken, headboard fell off of wall as soon as we sat down, toilet not flushing, flapper was unchained, constant drip in bathtub of hot...

The stay was awful. Indoor pool was not heated as advertised and now I'm sick. Elevator was out of order, rooms were very musty, and there were bugs everywhere! There was black mold in the rooms. The entertainment was ok, 3 different places with 3 different types of entertainment going at the same time made for a loud weekend. The...

Dirty, old and worn out. Location great but if you actually want a good night sleep without feeling like things are crawling on you I would suggest you go somewhere else. Only other good thing is that the rooms are a good size, but the bathrooms are gross, the rugs are gross, the window sills are covered with bugs and...

I stayed here for a weekend with my friends from church. We came for a Sight and Sound show. First, the location is actually great because there is Golden Corral up the street from them. There is a Winter Wonderland amusement park across the street and other activities in the vicinity. Location is key but when the hotel is dingy...

I was coming to Lancaster with my kids to attend the Pokemon tournament being held at the LANCASTER HOST RESORT and when I googled the hotel, this hotel came up with its excuse that the website was under construction (so a full description of the place wasn't available). I didn't pay attention to the difference in the wording of the...
