We stumbled upon the Cork Factory Hotel quite by accident and decided to stay there one night. We were quite pleased with the accommodations, our hotel room sported a brick exterior wall and beautiful wooden beams. The bed was so comfortable too! The hallways were equally as charming. One caution, and the only caution I have, is my sister and...

Stayed here this week and was delighted by the entire experience. Parking and Check-in was a breeze. Staff was average can't say anything about them. Except the bar tenders both were very personable and helpful. Hotel was very clean and a nice independent experience. The rooms were a good size with extremely nice soaps. Towels were in good condition and...

We checked in on October 28th. Our first room had a broken safe so we were moved to a suite on the fourth floor. We were disturbed by the smell of cigarette smoke so reported it to the front desk where they that they operated a strict no smoking policy and would look into it. The smell persisted through the...

Late posting this. Stayed at Cork Factory with a tour group in April. Hotel is not really "downtown" as advertised which was a disappointment. On the other hand, hotel has lots of charm, tastefully converted factory and staff were pleasant. Our trip included breakfast which was disappointing to put it mildly - limited offerings, NO scrapple or bacon or ham,...

We stayed here for a beautiful wedding. Our room #301 was wonderful. It was clean and very big. From the moment you walk in you can smell a hint or the old cork factory. Food was good but a bit pricey, Jasmine the bar tender made our night great. She was very pleasant and funny. The only thing bad about...

This is a GREAT hotel. Very unique and original. Enjoyed every corner. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. Is well centered in Lancaster where we could get anywhere in a 15 minutes. The only sad thing was that we only stayed one night. Had a great experience.

On a long, college road trip with my son, I reserved a room with 2 double beds for one weeknight at this hotel. As we ran late, we called the hotel numerous times to let the desk person know. Unfortunately, they never answered the hotel phone. When we arrived, tired from a long drive, we were told that we had...

This hotel has been designed in the old cork factory and has kept a unique character of the old factory. It is situated in an industrial area of Lancaster. Easy to find with lots of local attractions easily reached by car. The hotel is rich in character with open beam roofs and antiques on the walls. Parking is adequate, check...
