Last week 12/17/17, we put a review up regarding breakfast service and an incident that happened. Since then, the service has been wonderful! The staff has been friendly and the food delicious! Overall an improvement.

We were there at the beginning of June, so they weren't really busy. The driver just waited at the front desk for anyone that wanted to go so we never had to wait. Then she asked us to call her if she wasn't at the gate when we were ready to leave. I think in peak season, she probably runs every 15 minutes or so.....I would call the hotel to double check that though. It was wonderful having the Shuttle - they take you over there, drop you off right at the front gate and pick you up when you're ready to come back. No struggles to park or no long walks to the front gate from parking!
