DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! The picture are deceiving. The place is horrible. It’s a Sex/drug motel. I booked it for two night to go to sesame place water park and it was the worse mistake. Not smoking room smelled like a cigarettes. Shower wall was cracked. AC wasn’t working. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, and I could go on and on.

Worst hotel experience of my life. We arrived at the hotel and were told our reservation was canceled. The hotel refused to accommodate our booking and were extremely rude. We contacted our third party vendor and were told our reservation was valid, they then contacted the hotel and the hotel still refused to accommodate our reservation. We were forced to book another hotel at a higher rate much farther from our destination. The hotel staff was extremely rude and their story changed multiple times as to why the reservation was canceled. They said we were called prior to cancellation but we have no record of a call. I would absolutely recommend staying away from this property.

Our room was clean and the staff was polite and friendly, except for one who had a major attitude problem. My husband and I were there for an extended stay, after the cleaning lady loudly banged on our door at 930, check out being 11, we informed her we were extending our stay and she told me the room "better be clean." I said it was and left it at that. Other times we extended our stay she threatened us that she would throw us out if our room, that we paid to stay in, wasn't clean. We kept our room very neat and clean, so to be treated like that, after we paid 800 for a week, with not great internet, was disappointing. But the rest of the staff are all very nice and helpful. I hope they reconsider her employment with such an attitude for no reason!

I travel 90-100 days per year and was last at this motel in January 2019. See my weary warrior review. It was sketchy back then but now has entered new territory. The grounds are in terrible condition with weeds and trash. My first room was a no-go because the door would not open. A housekeeper working a few doors down told me it has been like that for months. Nobody can get in? The front desk agent told me I "was probably doing it wrong" and gave me a different room. The door opened on the second room and I immediately was hit with an odor of decomposition and houseflies trying to escape. Pulled the door shut to stop the exodus of flies from hell. I had no will or desire to experience a second chance stay at this pit. I needed to leave while I still could. I was given grief trying to cancel check-in and obtain a refund. The manager, Rhonda, stated to me "I don't know what was you expecting" staying here. This operation has no basic quality standards IMHO. You have been warned!

Tried to call to see if they would alow us to check in at 1:00 before going to the park fearing we would have trouble checking in late after going to the park and my wife was rudely told no. When we did check in we had reservations for two double beds for 4 showed them the paper and they said that 2 doubles did not mean 2 double beds. So for 4 of us we had 1 king bed and they said it was not their problem. The next night returning to the hotel after the park I saw a prostitute having sex on the balcony. Great thing to see on the balcony of a hotel near a kids theme park.
