The Inn is a very nice property, well maintained with two nice restaurants and spa services. I had a Swedish massage from Tiffany today that was the best. I have had a lot of massages, but she did a great job and added in some Reiki which was super peaceful and healing. Never felt better.the wife had a facial that...

We met friends here for a few days of relaxation. Our rooms were beautiful, unique, in the tobacco barn area. Our one and only complaint was we could hear conversations in the adjoining room with people talking in normal tones. We had to put the TV up so we didn't eavesdrop. Everything else about the property was excellent. The grounds are...

I waited a few weeks to write this review because I was so disappointed that I thought if I waited a bit I might feel differently. First the pros of this lovely historic property. The Inn is quite lovely. We stayed in a coach room which was immaculate and very spacious. We you check in, the person at the desk...

More like 3.5 stars. Cute "wedding village" in middle of nowhere; Room was pricey considering the location.... not sure how anyone would end up here but for a wedding, for which they did a pretty good job (although I have not seen the bill). I would not spend the money for upgraded room...

The wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. Lancaster is a great little town for exploring. We stayed in the BARD house and sat on the front porch and watched the horse and buggies go bye. Staff was great and very helpful and the room was large and clean. With two restaurants on site it's a great place...

We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the Bard House. Lancaster County and our Inn is very unique in the aspect of being able to watch the Amish horses and buggies, and then you can leave your room and walk 2 minutes to our Five Diamond/ Five Star restaurant, Te. Our Inn also has a Four Star Spa call...

HI! Just had our wedding there in April. The place is perfect for weddings from taking photos onsite to floral shop to food to bakery to customer service to house cleaning . Everyone was so nice and helpful. Norm from the front desk was helpful to all our questions about our guests up to the wedding and answering emails. He...

The place is nice the service nice also. They get an F when it comes to cleaning, our room was filthy, after we asked to clean it again it was still bad. Some of the rooms have tin roofs - don't stay there if it's going to rain. Wifi works only at the main building.

Though the décor is beautiful throughout, it felt weird to have the Italian theme around Lancaster, PA. A few minor issues: no tub - my bad for not asking, our room (though nice) was in the basement and had concrete floors, and the sauna is incredibly small. I'm 5' tall and could barely sit on the top bench with my...

Thank you for taking the time to send us your thoughts. It is excellent to hear that we will see you again in the future. We agree that our property, which is best described as an Inn or a full service boutique hotel, is very unique. The Italian cuisine of Osteria Avanti and of our second restaurant, Te, makes us...

I loved the look and feel of this hotel. The grounds were beautiful, the cherry blossom trees were in bloom, there were flying pigs everywhere, and of course, the staff was perfect. While the decor, surroundings, and staff were on point, there were a few things that bothered me: -we stayed in a coach room, and you could here a...
