Another great visit at the Alden House. Two fine breakfasts to report: (1) Tea,Coffee,Juice- Pineapple-Country Brunch Skillet-Bacon-Morning Glory Muffins-Lemon Loaf. (2) Cantalope-Blueberry Baked French Toast-Sausage-Gingerbread Muffin-Pecan/Peach Crisp. We spent a few hours at the Bull Head Pub having a meat&cheese platter and a few drinks...watching...More
We stayed the Room with the fire place. Room was very nice but it was obvious they were uncomfortable with the fact we were a lesbian couple even though we did not display any pda. I probably called her babe.

Great time with:shopping,the pub,local food,people watching,parade,parade party,Lynndell's breakfasts,conversations between rural conservatives(us) and liberal/progressive city dwellers(them)...I don't believe anyone switched over.We had fun,the weather was fine overall and we got a brown bag traveling meal from Lynndell that got us home.See ya next time around Alden...More

You can stay at this Inn and never need your car, it's that ideally located in historic Lititz. Walk to everything. Fun to sit on the porch and people watch. We stayed in the Carriage House, which was nicely decorated,, roomy and private. On-site parking...More
