First of all our host Harry went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. If you want to feel pampered just look into the dining area and feel like a king or queen...it is so beautiful..and that is before breakfast was served that was amazing. The front porch was a great meeting place. Our room also had a private porch...

Such a lovely place to stay! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are so cozy. Breakfast is always good! The inn keepers are very nice and accommodating. A nice hidden gem tucked away on a mountain.

This was a first time B&B experience for us and our friends (another married couple) who were looking for a cozy, weekend getaway. The Mt. Gretna Inn exceeded our expectations. We were there in the off season which was so nice because we had the place to ourselves. Harry was so accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast there is top notch!...

This inn is an ideal combination of old and new: historical architecture and decor, and modern mattresses and plumbing. The downstairs public rooms and porch are very pleasant and welcoming, and there is a pantry with refrigerator on the second floor near the bedrooms so it's possible to have refreshments without going up and down the stairs. Highly recommended for...

I love old houses and this one is AMAZING. Gorgeous Craftsman, and the owners have done an amazing job furnishing it with period pieces. I stayed in the Gables, which is the sweetest girly-girl room you could possibly imagine. Had to leave early, so "only" experienced a Continental breakfast, which was a lovely fruit bowl, homemade scone, and coffee. Had...

My husband and I just returned from a 2 night stay to celebrate our anniversary and to attend the Kurt Elling concert at the Playhouse. What a wonderful place to land after a long, hot summer drive! Expansive porch with lots of fern and spacious seating area. Our room, the Chestnut, is the only room with a king bed. It...

My husband and I had a good experience; however, our friends tried to book there too with their two children (8 and 11) while we were there and we're declined in August of 2009.

We stayed at the Mt. Gretna Inn for a dear friend's wedding weekend. I can't say enough good things about the warmth, hospitality and cooking skills of the owners. THe keep the place and environs very beautiful and we felt very welcomed and well taken care of. It was a treat to go down for breakfast each morning, and they...

If you are going to the central Pa area,Lancaster,Hershey,Lebanon or thereabouts, I highly recommend this place,Mt Gretna, a summer place largely but it could be great for other seasons as well, especially the fall. Close to many towns of interest, including the Penna. Dutch area, this is a location apart. It is a part of a community that has been around...

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Mt. Gretna Inn this weekend. We were there to see our good friend in a musical at the Playhouse, and the Inn was the perfect place to stay. The house is gorgeous and tastefully done in a mixture of Victorian and modern. All of the rooms have neat little...
