Food at Guy Fiery was of less quality than I ever expected it to be. Frozen stuff from Sysco and Deli meats from Sam's club. I must say the wait staff could not have been nicer. Paid for a Center located Suite (best room) they gave me a suite that was as far away from the center of the building as it could be and I had to argue with staff to get them to reduce the price to what the room I stayed in should actually cost.

Was disappointed in the food selection and the fact that there were no food trays to carry food. Especially when you are a senior citizen and you have problems walking and holding food in your hands and take a chance of dropping it.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here! I brought my friend for her birthday and wanted a little relaxing getaway. We wanted to walk around early before check in and we were able to walk around! The pizza was amazing at the pizzeria. We were able to check in a little early before 4!! All of the food we ate was amazing and the pool was so relaxing! I love that you can go from inside to outside without getting out of the pool!! The drinks were also all amazing!

Nice staff and beautiful property. We came for the Blue Angels air show so the location was great. Major downside for us was the smell of cigarettes that hits you immediately upon entering lobby. Note the lobby is non smoking but the Casino allows it. Being an open atrium lobby, which is lovely, that allows for all of the smoke to permeate other areas. We decided to eat in room at breakfast and took all of our other meals off the property as the restaurants are all in the Casino and our concern was that they would also smell like smoke. Otherwise we had a nice time

The Room was Clean and nice ,but I did not get the room style I booked . when I address the issue front desk told me we advertise the Lake View not the Room style that was the only downside of it. No microwave the Tv need upgrade and also the poolside need some better Music

The smell of smoke was unbearable in the casino areas and the smell spread to the non smoking areas of the hotel and restaurants. Housekeeping kicked us out our room before we checked out. The hotel itself is beautiful but if you care about your lungs I would not visit.

Room was nice and clean. For the amount of the room snacks should have been free and refrigerator for personal use should have been in the room. We spent our time in the casino because it was nothing else to do, upon checking out we was asked if we went to the pool party. Why wasn’t we made aware of that when checking in. We are a young couple and would have enjoyed that.

as a resort and casino , you expect to have the best and the most pleasant welcome . well this is not the case here. and when you ask for a manager at the hotel, the answer was(this is a family owner and no manager available , we will have someone to contact you later ) i didn't know that family's owner business has no cooperate structure. would i come back. maybe, but i would stay at other hotel which is very inconvenient way to be at a casino.
