This hotel boasts newly remodeled rooms. Well, they forgot the one I stayed in. Bathtub had black mold, about eight inch long section, between the tub and wall. The girl at the front desk said she would inform housekeeping. I didn't ask to be switched because I arrived late due to traffic and just wanted to sleep. A drop ceiling...

We are here for a state convention and the rooms are terrible. My husband got here last night and when he sat down on the bed he almost went to the floor. They moved him and he walked in to a room with toilet paper in the toilet. He was afraid the toilet was clogged since water was high. He...

We just returned from a long weekend in PA for my cousins wedding. The hotel itself is old and needs to be remodeled. It was relatively clean - though a stray shoe was later found in one of our rooms. We booked two rooms with double beds for my husband and I, our two kids and my Mom. MUCH to...

This hotel went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. We had our ceremony and reception a few miles away. With many of our guests being from out of town, so many booked a room at the hotel. The staff was great, Deb was so awesome to work with. The constantly were there to help us! The hotel...

Our Family has stayed at this hotel every year during the Corvettes of Carlisle Show. We've never really had any issues with this hotel (back when it was Holiday Inn) but this past trip we were not impressed at all. While they have updated most of the hotel and parts of the rooms, the bathrooms are horrible, mind you I...

I was allotted a very badly maintained room at the far end of the hotel near the vending machines and staircase. The room air-conditioner was noisy, in addition to the noise of the vending machines. Being too tired and wanting to hit the bed, didn't feel like walking all the way back to the front desk to request for a...

Yes, 4 stars. If you have a small child that touches everything, it would have been nice to put things up on a shelf, but sadly there is not a single one. Everything was clean and they had the coffee maker in the room like almost every hotel, no microwave (at least not in mine,2 queen bed room). Really it's...

I have traveled many places as a Military Service Member and I have to say that the Customer service at this establishment was exceptional. I would like to name a few that went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I greatly appreciated, Justin, Stephanie and Paula. They should be recognized for their service.
