I stayed there for one night. The young man at the front desk was very friendly, and the lobby looked nice. I wasn’t even in the shower for 3 minutes when the water started to get cold. I couldn’t even call the front desk from the room phone because there wasn’t even a dial tone when I picked up the phone. My friend stayed in the room next to mine. Her sheets had 2 huge stains one side of the bed. When she grabbed the to-go breakfasts, one of muffins had mold on it. Again, the young man at the front desk was very nice, but there wasn’t any sort of attempt to make up for the cold shower or the phone not working - just a note to let the maintenance man know. I would never stay there again, especially as it was almost $200 for one night.

The property appears to have a lot going for it. Nice bar area, large pool with tiki bar, piano bar and well a great location. Granted it was winter like during the stay but the property should maintain the same level of quality and service independent of the time of the year. The motel / hotel appeared understaffed and not real clean. The bed appeared to not to have been changed from the previous occupants. There were hairs in the bed on the sheets. There were cobwebs in the corners and the carpet was dirty. It was a one night stay so we dealt with it and bugged out early. The restaurant and bar were not open during our stay. The breakfast was a “grab and go” which I am tired of. Most hotels offer this now using the lack of staffing as an excuse for not doing a real breakfast. Common. I would be reluctant to stay here again despite the great location. Lastly, the property is pet friendly. Not a fan of pet friendly places. Everyone has there own opinion on this.

When we arrived the room was filthy, there was food in the drawers and KY Jelly in the night stand. The next morning there was no hot water in the shower, however there was hot water in the sink. The tile and diverter in the shower were new, however the diverter was not installed properly. On the way out I notice a stop work order posted in the lobby for no permits. It was obvious that the hotel knew that the work on the shower had not been completed properly, but rented the room anyway. I spoke to the front desk and they said that the manager would contact me later that day, he never did. The hotel staff did not offer me another room for my wife and I to shower in. I contacted Clarion Corporate and although they took my call and were very apologetic, they did nothing to remedy my situation.

The rooms were clean and for the price you couldn't beat it. Hotel as a lot of potential but unfortunately restaurant and bar were closed. Manager was very accommodating and yes, a bagged breakfast was served due to COVID. All I care about is the clean room so I would recommend it.

We've stayed a number of (week-day nights). EVERYTHIHG Enjoyable: room w/King-size bed, nicely decorated, along with all of the necessary ammenities. Keep VERY clean! POOL IS FANTASTIC, even serving food & drinks!! I wanted to say, that 1 night during our recent stay, there were tornado warning, & flooding conditions in PA. The staff - JUMPED @ everyone's needs - lodging, with vehicles coming in with families (& The Clarion's computer's were 'down'), accomadation - every family! Went home early the next day, due to my basement's flooding/& asked - & was told that they would "make-up", 'comp' the room for another week-day night's stay! THANKS!
