We went to the restaurant for Valentine's Day dinner. The service is amateur. Server staff are scruffy dressers, especially the manager/maitre'd and badly trained. Large drafty dining room. Portions were small and very bland despite fancy descriptions. Just missed the mark on so many levels. We'd expect much more for $200 for two. Would not recommend.

This review is for Royal, the restaurant at The Mansion Inn. Had frequented The Mansion Inn for dining years ago. The food was fabulous and was sad to see when it closed for several years. So thrilled when it reopened recently and thought we would try it for our Valentine's dinner since we were engaged in New Hope on Valentine's...

We had a dinner with 4 friends here recently. The decor is renovated and looks good. Modern styling with a rustic flair keeping with the layout of the building. Free parking in the back which is a plus. Nice fire place in the main dining room was a nice touch. We ordered a number of appetizers and all were good....

So disappointed!! Was looking forward to my birthday dinner here since they opened. Being a local I was excited for the reopening of a legend, when we walked in I stated we had reservations they asked if we were with the birthday party after I said no but we have reservations the waitress/hostess said doesn't matter just sit here and...

Upon arriving after a two hour drive, my wife and myself were greeted by one of the owners. He led us to the bar are where we we treated to a complimentary glass of champagne, without a doubt, the only positive part of our stay. From there we were led upstairs to our room, where we walked across the most...

I don't write a lot of reviews but wanted to say something because this place is under new ownership- so reviews from 2015 really should be ignored- good or bad. Went on a rainy Wednesday night in November so the town wasn't exactly jumping. So they definitely had time to take care of us- and they did. The food was...

We went for lunch and although the appetizers were ok my friends entree was inedible over cooked chicken that could not be eaten. When we told the waitress she went to the kitchen and they told her to tell us they would wrap it up to take home! How rude! I'm sure there are better places there. Stay away from...

This place really has the potential to be something great. My wife and I went there on 12/5/15 because it looked like a really cool place. I was just in the mood for a burger and she wanted fried calamari, jackpot, they had both. The "14 ounce" burger was 8 ounces at best, there was absolutely nothing special about it....

My husband REALLY tried to please for our 50th anniversary. We spent only one night (thank goodness) in the Warwick suite at The Mansion Inn, New Hope, PA. Kristen, their helpful property manager, could not keep up with correcting the dangerous physical failures of this hotel. We entered the room after being told the cable was not functioning and therefore...
