Enjoy the charm of a beautifully restored colonial manor house built in 1790. Set on almost 6 acres, this Bucks County bed-and-breakfast rests between New Hope's center and Washington Crossing Park and also within minutes to Peddlers Village. The History: In the 1700s it was customary to place a pineapple on your front porch as a way of letting friends and neighbors know you were welcoming guests - we hope you'll always feel welcome at Pineapple Hill. The Inn: The eighteen-inch walls and original wide plank pumpkin-pine flooring at Pineapple Hill exemplify a craftsmanship long forgotten. On the grounds, the walls of a stone barn enclose a beautifully hand-tiled pool. throughout the property, are many of the original stone ruins, now enhanced by lovely perennial gardens. The ruins of the original summer kitchen surround an outdoor sitting area. A gourmet breakfast is served daily in our sun filled dining room with fireplace. Your breakfast can also be enjoyed on our outdoor verandah. Each morning a different hot entree is prepared, maybe French Toast, Eggs Benedict, quiche, or another treat, whatever dish the day brings it will be made each morning with fresh local ingredients and served at individual tables. Special dietary needs are always accommodated. During the day, assorted iced beverages are provided with a homemade taste sensation. Our living room with fireplace offers yet another wonderful place to relax.

We booked the entire Inn for ourselves and our family to stay during our recent wedding weekend. It was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding (which was filled with success stories). We had a micro wedding and the Inn was the perfect size to accommodate all our out of town guests. My parents live up the road so it was convenient for them and my sister an her family staying there to come and be part of the group. Lori was fantastic.. She made everyone feel welcome and everyone raved about her breakfasts (I have admit as the Bride I was having issues eating most of the weekend and only made it down to Breakfast one morning.. and I can confirm it was scrumptious!)..The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Everything lived up to the reviews we had read, and exceeded our expectations. The Pineapple Hill Inn made our wedding extra special by providing a place for everyone to really get to know each other and bond, which is what we wanted. We are so grateful we had this special place for our friends and family for our wedding. We will be coming back in the future.

My wife and I came here in August for what was probably our tenth stay over the last three years. It was once again a fantastic experience Lori and her staff made our stay absolutely amazing its just like a home away from home.

My husband and I, and 2 other couples went to the Pineapple Hill Inn Bed & Breakfast for the weekend, in early October. This was my 3rd time, and my friend's 4th time staying here. The Inn is very charming and the property is beautiful. We were served a delicious breakfast each morning, and a Saturday evening happy hour which consisted of hot appetizers and wine, all inclusive. We enjoyed the staff tremendously as they are very welcoming and entertaining. Lori, the manager is warm and personable. Lindsey and Sam are very sweet and delightful to be around. All three ladies were very attentive and accommodating. We look forward to going back in 2022 and in the years to come.

Innkeepers received our group warmly and were wonderful. Inn is beautifully appointed. The gardens are beautiful and the breakfast was incredible. Roy and Scott attended to our every question and need. They shared the history of the remodel and had told delightful anecdotes. We would love to return and stay longer.

The hosts went out of their way to make our visit perfect. Our delayed plane caused us to be even later in arriving but Scott was there to meet us and show us our room. He also did a great job on cooking vegan for us. Not an easy task, I know! The grounds are lovely and quiet despite being on a road. Also appreciated the brownie bites in the evening. Thanks for everything!
