The price was right for us. We decided at the last minute to book a room the night before a game. The forecast had rain so there were probably some cancellations. We were able to book only 1 night at a reduced rate under $150 and had an AARP discount on top of that. The room was average and not...

When we arrived it looked nice in the lobby, we get to our room there was no air conditioning in the room or halls. We go to unpack our clothes and discover a pair of urine smelling shorts in the drawers , we take the kids to the pool and the pool employee was very rude, she spent more time...

We just recently stayed at the Quality Inn. Upon arriving, our hotel room was clean, but there was a smell to it. It's hard to say what it smelled of though, not mold or mildew, but something unpleasant. We went swimming and the pool was great. The lifeguard was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with 2 double...

The staff took an hour to check us in my wife came from out of state. The room was clean the room was okay. If you don't mind knowing that there was a halfway house down the road a bit. I am one of the residents of it. Becareful I'm not bad but this town is full of low life's...

I know that this hotel has been in this location for many many years under many names. I had heard that Quality took over and it was refurbished . Well it was sort of. The lobby was nice. The room was clean and had new carpeting. The beds were probably from the 80's. Outlets were few and even though the...

We booked with this hotel as part of a group a month before our trip 5 hours from home. I usually ask for a king/ queen smoking room. they said no problem and were even nice enough at booking to give me the group rate for the different room (usually an up charge). they said after renovations the whole place...

What more can I add; it's under construction. Half the rooms i saw had the door open, carpet tore up, smelled of paint, caulk, you name it. My room was "ok". That's it, had two beds which were surprisingly comfortable. Hi-Def TV. Old style Heating/Cooling Unit (they are noisy....not a surprise). Didn't realize the hotel had any place to eat...

Upon check in I received a general "could care less" welcome. When asking about my franchise points I was advised "we don't do that here, call the number on your card if you want to talk about it". Magellan couldn't find his way around this place. A maze of deceptive stairwells and dusty hallways. I understand your renovating but why...

Filthy room, the smell of mold/mildew was overwhelming in the room. I had to finally insist on being moved. The second room was somewhat better but still dirty, mold and mildew in the shower...we kept our socks on the entire time...had to travel back through there four days later, definitely did not stay there.

It was a basic two bed room. The bathroom was a little small but it was clean. The beds were comfortable. We ended up staying here a 2nd not when we came back through the area. The restaurant has closed but the bar serves food and there are restaurants just down the road.
