This is a nice place to stay. We had a appointment at UPMC Presbyterian, this Hotel is right around the corner. Hotel transport was very helpful and friendly. The room is small but average for a fair rate in a large city. The bed was like a 5 star hotel. Staff treated you like family. At a difficult time it...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 3 December 2016

This small hotel appears to have been recently remodeled with modern finishes and comfortable furnishings. The public areas and rooms are kept very clean. Service is great with friendly people who go out of their way to be helpful. My room at the end the hall was smaller than their standard room, but it was spacious enough for my stay....

GoAlong2, You are absolutely correct, our hotel just recently came out of renovations and we could not be more excited! It seems that you were in our single queen bed-room which is a tad bit smaller than our traditional rooms and is perfect for someone staying one night or that is a business traveler. While our location is right off...

My family and I had an excellent experience during our two night stay. Everyone was friendly and the service was top-notch! The rooms were very clean and spacious with all of the amenities we wanted. The free shuttle made getting around Pittsburgh convenient and affordable. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Pittsburgh!

My wife and I stayed here for an interview. The staff was very warm and welcoming, attending to all of our needs. They even went so far as to put birthday balloons in another guest's room to celebrate her birthday; they used her favorite color for the balloons. The breakfast was great, and the complementary hot chocolate/coffee stand was a...

Service was outstanding from check-in to complimentary shuttle services to morning breakfast. Looks like they've recently renovated the entire hotel. Very up beat and fresh. The rooms are on the small side but we managed fine with four of us including two teens. It's not a five star hotel, but it gets five stars for a mid priced hotel.

Had an excellent first time trip to Pittsburgh for CMU visit. Sam, working the desk could not have been more helpful on the phone or in person. She was so friendly and clearly explained breakfast service and shuttle service to Carnegie Mellon (hotel provides free shuttle to anywhere within 3 miles of hotel). Room was clean and quiet. Elevator worked...

Just got back from a two night stay here for a conference. They were extremely accommodating to our large group. The rooms were extremely clean, and well maintained. The morning breakfast was actually quite delicious, especially the homefries! The hotel has a shuttle service, which was very convenient. The shuttle will bring you anywhere within a three mile radius of...

This location was close to the Pittsburgh Playhouse which was why we were there. We hightly recommend this location.

Check in was friendly. They were great about making accommodations for me when I couldn't check out on time. The shuttle was great for getting around. It did need a good cleaning though. I didn't have to move my car until I checked out. It was a prime location for the hospital, eating out, attractions, and shopping. The room looked...

Dear Marcus S, Thank you for taking the time to share your valued feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I appreciate all of the kind words about our features, amenities, and guestroom cleanliness, but am sorry that you didn't like the bathroom door. They were installed with our renovation not too long ago, and they've received mixed reviews, but...

Very small but space is used wisely and decorated very well. Front desk is a little awkwardly placed but it works. Typical amenities. Room was clean but had to request to be moved from first room since previous guest smoked in room and it stunk. Person at front desk had not issue with giving me another room and apologized. Too...
