Overall a nice trendy remodeled hotel. Concierge lounge was well stocked and rooms were comfy. However, the elevators can be slow at times especially during peak times. Loved the skip housekeeping for points option.

Love this place! Friendly and helpful staff. We always get a corner room overlooking PNC park and Heinz field. We did again this year. Awesome. Only little thing is that they took the sitting chair out of the corner room. We asked about it and they said the room is not set that way anymore. It's nice to have to...

My husband and I booked a night at the Renaissance Hotel in Pittsburgh's cultural district. The hotel was lovely, and the corner view of the river was amazing. You can't beat the location for top quality shows and restaurants within feet from the front doors. The Renaissance Hotel made me proud to be from this wonderful city. We have it...

This time we had a room over looking the river and stadium. The rooms are large and clean. Everything you need is included in the room. Refrig, coffee, etc. Parking is high but we don't mind. We come and go a few times a day and they are quick getting your car. Cheese plate from bar is great.

Spent 2 nights here, pleasant stay. Rooms are recently renovated and are adequate in size. Staff nice, particularly the doormen and valets. Nice bar and good service and staff during the busy happy hour. Location is excellent, close to everything. Rack rates are expensive but used a third party booking site to get a very reduced rate.

We normally stay at another hotel when in Pittsburgh, but we had Pirate and Steelers tickets for the weekend, so we took a shot with the Renaissance. The location is fantastic and the staff did their best (except for the bar, where the bartenders were extremely inattentive), but the rest of our experience was subpar. Nothing was working properly in...
