I stayed at this hotel during my last visit to Pittsburgh and was sincerely pleased with the hotel's location and ease of access to different parts of the city. The staff (especially the young lady who works the front desk in the afternoon) is very friendly and helpful, there is a Panera Bread conveniently located in the building, and the...

I love this hotel! What a great place! Excellent room with plenty of space, a wonderful vending area and gym facilities. I especially enjoyed Panera bread on site and would throughly recommend this establishment. I will definitely come back. Rock on Pittsburgh!!!!!!!!

This particular Quality Inn was very outdated and dingy. We couldn't get an early check-in, which is fine, the lady that I spoke to gave me a parking pass so we could at least leave our car there while we went about our business. I did appreciate free parking. However, when is came time to check in, the staff member...

We chose this hotel because we wanted to be able to walk to Carnegie Mellon because a car is inconvenient in the city. The hotel does actually offer a shuttle for the Oakland area but we chose to walk because it was nice out. We paid more for this hotel than we usually do, but it was definitely a better...

We booked a room here last minute. We chose the Quality Inn because it was relatively close to where we needed to be and it was about as cheap as you could get in the city without risking cleanliness. We checked in very late and had no issues. The room was quiet and we slept great.. The toilet clogged in...

We visited Pittsburgh for a concert at the Petersen Center and this hotel is walking distance (about 15 minutes), so the location was perfect. The staff was friendly and check in / out was quick. Our room was clean but the place is obviously dated. There were no frills, but was clean and served our purposes. I like that Panera...

My son had an admissions tour at Carnegie Mellon University in early March and we stayed here the night before his tour. After a long drive from just outside of Washington, DC, it was nice that the hotel wasn't too far from the interstate and very close to the University. The hotel is showing its age, but for a quick...

Thank you for staying with us. We are happy to be located close to Carnegie Mellon University. Our free shuttle service can save you from having to drive there and find parking (which can be very difficult). We do employ a security guard every day after hours for the safety and security of all guests. This is very common for...

People in the front desk are usually nice. Service is good. It is close to the UPMC and CMU. It is not top quality, but it is OK. It is an old hotel, with dated interior. There is Panera bread next to the hotel. However, there is no other place if you want to buy/eat anything else.

Thank you for your review. Our hotel is located close to many local hospitals and colleges. While it is true that our hotel is an older property, it is clean and comfortable. We're happy to have the attached Panera Bread Cafe inside the building. In addition, there are several local restaurants that deliver to the hotel and many more within...

I've always found this hotel to be very nice. The staff especially the front desk was great and very helpful. The Panera connected to it make it convenient for breakfast and lunch. Also walking distance to many other places to eat or shop.

I have stayed three times at the Quality Inn, and every time it just gets to be worst. The reason for staying at Quality Inn because of it's proximity to Pitt, where I travel once a month. The beds are horrible, the noise from the ac/heater is crazy, the walls are paper thin, so God forbid that you have neighbors...
