Hotel was a great place to stay. Great location. Right on Pitt's campus. Jessica at the front desk was very welcoming as we checked in early. The staff are great and actually helped let me know checkout was at 12 when I thought it was 11. Definitely stay here again. Parking is great cause you can come and go for...

I had an emergency one my last morning here right before check out and Doneida Smith from housekeeping came to the rescue at the last second. I couldn't be more grateful. She's the best! I would definitely stay again.

Check in was quick, front staff was very pleasant. We arrived for a basketball game, prefect location for that. The shuttle was able to literally drop us off curbside. (The Petersen center was .5 miles away). The hotel was sold out so the lobby was noisy and crowded most of the evening. Parking an suv was challenging (basketballs the overflow...

I have stayed at this property many times and have generally had a very positive experience. Great location for the universities and the restaurant is actually good. But the place seems to be on a downward drift. They didn't open the breakfast on the executive floor, the pantry had absolutely nothing in it and they stuck us in a corner...

Stayed one night so we could tour the Univ of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon. It was the perfect location! Extremely convenient. We were able to leave our car in the garage all day until it was time to head to the airport. There was a parking charge, but that was surprising in a metro area. The beds were fine, the...

We recently visited my daughter at University of Pittsburgh and stayed at the Wyndham University Center. Our stay was pleasant. We were put in a room that the heater was extremely loud. The maintenance man came up and determined that it was a broken fan. They moved us to another room that ended up being a bit smaller. The heater...

Thank you for your review on TripAdvisor! I am disappointed that your guest experience was not on par with our standard of excellence. I apologize to you for having to switch rooms because of the noisy heating unit, and for the noise in your subsequent guest room because of the same issue. I am also sorry that the housekeeping service...

I thought this was a very nice hotel. Suitable for families but geared more towards business, conference, medical meetings at the University and hospital. We had a free night's stay and wanted family night in Pittsburgh. The hotel is right around the University of Pittsburgh's buildings and almost across the street pretty much from the Cathedral of Learning. The hotel...
