This place looks a bit swankier (in the loosest sense of the word) from the outside. It's kind of a cross between an old fashioned motel (and there are quite a few of those to chose from in the area) and a regular hotel. I totally agree with others when they said the rooms are dated and have seen better...

We stayed here 3 nights and found everything acceptable! Rooms may be a bit dated, but everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included is so appreciated, and it was delicious. Eggs were made to order, not warming in a chafing dish. Fresh Amish pastries and breads were included, also. The hotel offers a free bus tour of the Amish countryside...

We booked this place from what we saw on the internet and also spoke with the owner. I told her I needed a no smoking room which she obliged us. I also said I was highly allergic to flowery scents and she said no problem. She wanted to put us on the second floor and then I told I just...

Mill Stream is an older hotel in Lancaster. The Inn is well kept up for its age. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. The continental breakfast is a typical free breakfast. Conveinent to the main events in the area. REcommended if you want a comfortable stay but are not looking for a high end room.

We have stayed here s few times over the years. Rooms are clean and comfy. However someone had smoked in the room we were in and the management didn't realize it. But I smelled it when the doors were closed. I talked to the desk and they totally stripped everything and gave us all fresh bedding. Great people to deal...

This place was fine but dated. Typical breakfast of waffles, dry cereal, breads, bagels etc. Rooms were neat, TV was old. AC & Heat Unit a bit noisy. The price was right though and located near all the attractions of Lancaster.

This is an older motel but it is a great place to stay. We spent two nights here and enjoyed the rest and comfort of the rooms. We were centrally located so was easy to get to attractions, malls, etc. from here. We enjoyed the free breakfast and friendly employees here. Would stay here again

We spend one evening at the Mill Stream Country Inn on a shopping excursion to the outlets. Located about a mile from the outlets but it's off the beaten path and in a residential area. Room décor is a little dated but very clean and comfortable. We were allowed to get into the room earlier than 4 pm which was...

My husband and I booked 2 nights here in July, 2016 for our 50th wedding anniversary get-away trip. When we booked, we asked for 1st floor because there is no elevator and I have trouble walking because of a bad back. We were assured we would get a 1st floor room. When we arrived we noticed how quaint and cute...

My friends and I have been coming here for several years every July for 4 days. It may not be the latest in hotels but the personnel make up for it. While things are sometimes in need of TLC, mention it. They might be attended to. We had a double and the Sapphire Suite. The mattress on the sofa bed...
