The renovations made the hotel look Brand New !!!, great décor with a pleasing ambience. Family and business friendly atmosphere, centrally located to almost every place in the Poconos. Staff is always helpful !!!

I went to visit my family, was so tired that I slept like a baby. Woke up to grab a great breakfast and hit the road with a smile. Awesome place!! Looks like they recently renovated, might need a little more touch.

I do a lot of traveling for work and always found Holiday Inn Express to be very good. Well, this one fell short of their standard. The rooms smell musty, the elevator was broken, and we had to hike 4 floors up and down, the hallways needed a serious vacuum and neglected. So far most things you do not want to see in a hotel, but the worst was weird people roaming the halls. Sorry, don’t think they were guests. The area is a little sketchy.

Hospitality was amazing!! The GM was so kind. I already booked a night back! Pool was refreshing after a long day! Pool hours are long and fit in our schedule. The breakfast was great and quite fulfilling to get our day started.

October 2022 - This Holiday Inn Express is currently under construction!! Everything is a mess. The view from our room was of construction equipment, a burned out RV and a mountain of debris. The room was dirty-ish and the bathroom was still under construction. Hallways were an absolute mess with all the signs that belonged on the doors and walls, just laying on the floor (a tripping hazard). The website said it was under construction and that the first two floors were complete. We stayed on the 2nd floor, it's a complete mess. Absolutely over-priced with all of this going on!!!!!!! Save your money and stay elsewhere!!! We would have changed hotels but we were exhausted from our travels and we were only there for one night, thankfully!

IHG Elite member. Was there for 1 night. While the guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful when we checked in, the two women at the front desk the next morning weren't. We've been in several Holiday Inn Express hotels and the staff at the front desk always looked up from their work at the front desk unless they are on the phone/PC or with a customer...but no greeting at all from this staff. At the complimentary breakfast, I asked a question about the omelets and was told by the same woman at the front desk, "I really have no idea because I'm busy trying to fix this pancake machine." If you don't know the answer to your customer's questions, then find someone who does. There is a sign between the lobby doors that says they are in the middle of renovations. We found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable. The room is not updated but it was clean. The hallway has an odd smell, but the room smelled fine. The AC worked very well. Would like to give a higher number, but the helpfulness of some of the staff at this hotel leaves a lot to be desired.…

I travel for work,I Have to travel 30 extra miles to come to this location it is worth it. Excellent service, from breakfast to everyone encountered at the hotel. I wish more Holiday inn’s had this mindset towards service. GM is knowledgeable of area entertainment and recommended some great places. Shout out to great service!!!! Keep it going.

I love this place, I usually travel for business. The staff, GM, desk operators from check in to check out were awesome. Lobby looking good after renovations, beds were comfortable. More furniture cleaning in parking lot required. Love Holiday Inn Express

Was here for 2 nights. Would like to give a higher number but just cannot. The basic hotel is clean. Very nice staff. Room looked partially finished. No toilet paper holder. Etc. Moat disturbing is that we found blood on onebed cover. Told the maid. She agreed took the bloody cover but didnot replace it. Management also seemed shocked and slightly reduced my room rate. Our weekend the cost was very high due to race week. A real rip off!, One elevator which went out for a short time. Certainly stayed in many better hotels at much less cost Breakfast okay but nothing more. No problem with the surrounding area.
