We just returned from a long weekend in the Poconos and Woodfield Manor did not disappoint. We stayed in a duplex cottage and had plenty of room to relax. The cottage had everything we needed with a comfortable bed and was spotless. My favorite was the alcove with counter space, a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. It was nice to have a separate space to store our snacks and drinks and have access to coffee first thing in the morning. And of course the gas fireplace was a bonus since fall decided to arrive during our visit! The grounds are lovely as well. After exploring during the day, we enjoyed dinner at the Frogtown Chophouse which is on site. We also ventured out to Basso one night and enjoyed a great meal there as well. Just make sure you make reservations for both. There is a comprehensive binder in the unit with suggestions for activities, dining, and other information. The staff is awesome and attentive. We really loved our stay and can’t wait to return.…

This will have been my 3rd stay at Woodfield and In my option this place just doesn't disappoint. When I stay stay at this cozy peaceful Manor and cottages, I feel like im staying at a family members estate in a guest suite. Teresa and her Daughter really make you feel at home and very welcome. In addition to this the fact one of the best restaurants in the Pocono region is either below your feet or across the lawn is amazing even when venturing out for lunch and dinner i still find my self sitting in their bar area a couple nights a week when staying. This might be our third stay but it is definitely far from out last!

Best spot in the Poconos! Close to water parks and resorts. We try to get there at least once a year. We have stayed in a duplex and a single cabin either way they have whatever you need to spends a few day comfortably. Staff is the best and the property is always well maintained. Restaurant on site.

We came and stayed for 3+ days in one of the free-standing, single cottages located at the back of the property. This cottage , two fairly large rooms with a full bathroom containing a tiled shower, had wonderful amenities, an efficient and delightful gas fireplace, a small refrigerator with top freezer , a coffee pot with coffees and teas provided, a table with two chairs, a comfortable couch, ample closet and drawer spaces, and a fine bed. And it was squeaky clean. Everyone we spoke to was not only helpful and efficient, but quite kind and personable . And the place was quiet, quiet, quiet during this winter stay, and when the snow came overnight, it took on a hush that was like medicine for our tired selves….as we come from a noisy and heavily populated County outside of Philadelphia. We could walk to the wonderful restaurant, the Frogtown Chophouse, located at the edge of the property facing the road, for our dinners and the Manor provided us a listing of decent places to eat that were all within 8 miles of the cottage. If you are looking for a getaway that takes care of you, that helps restore you to balance, that will soothe you while keeping you warm, safe and comfortable, Woodfield Manor is your place. We stayed at the hotel for a weekend getaway. We rented one of the cottages. It was perfect. Quiet and secluded. We put this place above and beyond other hotels we've stayed at over the years was the staff's attention to detail and willingness to cater to our needs. Our confirmation letter was extremely detailed - even going so far to tell us that in 2% of cases GPS will take you to the wrong location. They provided the exact latitude/longitude coordinates for that rare occurence. Upon arrival, they gave us multiple housekeeping options and accommodated our late check-out request. Their lodging materials even gave specifics about stores, etc. in the area and exactly how to get to them. We were very impressed and will definitely stay there again!

This was our second time at the Woodfield Manor and it did not disappoint! Had a duplex room this time and it was very clean and was just what we needed for our stay. Check in and out was easy with the supper friendly and thorough staff. Located a short ride to lots of Pocono attractions. We will go back again!

We stayed one night for a quick getaway. The hotel is in a beautiful country setting and the staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in a King Suite which had beautiful bedding, lots of room for relaxing and was sparkling clean. The extra living room had a table and chairs so we brought in breakfast and it was very convenient. Also a microwave and coffee pot in the room. We highly recommend the hotel and look forward to a return visit this summer to try the pool.

My first time in the Poconos, a few quiet days by myself in the single cabin. The cabin was rustic, clean, and attractive. Very comfortable. I started to relax as soon as I got there. I did need to get a microwaveable plate and a cup to make tea. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful. I just had a burger at the restaurant, but it was very good. I hope to return for a women’s weekend in the spring and rent the large cabin.

The attached restaurant is closed on Monday. There are no dishes in the cabin so bring paper ones if you plan to eat in for BFast or Lunch. There is good hiking nearby, check out the Mt. Airy Trail system. Lots of other places to eat as well.

We stayed in the King suite and it was very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to eat in the restaurant but it sure smelled good. Wish we had more time. We will stay here again the next time we're in the Poconos.
