We stayed two nights at The Swiftwater, service was terrific. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are state of the art and very comfortable. The Indoor outdoor heated pool was terrific. We only had the opportunity to try the restaurant for breakfast, I would have to say it was the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had, the English Muffin was butter grilled, topped with a thick slice of Canadian Bacon, with a perfectly poach egg, topped with a homemade hollandaise, that was smooth, rich and creamy with a touch of lemon flavor. Although the Hotel is not completely operational, the staff were on point and made you feel very comfortable. The drinks although a tad expensive, were presented perfectly and added to a great evening by the fire pit. I would certainly recommend The Swiftwater for anyone looking for an upscale hotel experience.

Beautiful place but beware tips are included in every meal. We unfortunately did not know this until after dinner and so a fantastic tip was left. In the morning for breakfast the waitress told us when handing the check gratuity was added. We stated wished we knew that last night and she stated "shame on her." The steak at dinner was very good but for the price a small salad or even some bread would have been nice.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found our place beautiful and enjoyed the steak at dinner. We apologize for the confusion regarding the gratuity. It's important to us that our guests feel fully informed, and we're sorry this wasn't communicated clearly during your dinner. We appreciate your understanding and will work on making sure our guests are aware of the gratuity policy upfront. Your suggestion about including a small salad or bread with the meal is noted, and we'll pass it along to our team for consideration. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you even better in the future.

Where to start first the hotel is beautiful! From your first impression of front desk employees who were thoughttul, helpful and so professional to the wait staff who were very attentive without being intrusive, the bartender who was awesome and to meeting the chef, the experience here was amazing! After a 7 hour drive we grabbed a wine to sit outside by the fire pit great way to unwind. we ate at the restaurant where the meal was top notch the presentation was perfect! The lamb chops amazing, my husband had the steak which he said was prepared to perfection we also had the butternut soup no pictures as i was enjoying the ambiance and the meal!!! I would recommend this hotel for a beautiful stay!!

Went for dinner, nice atmosphere, nice service - after ordering drinks my wife was getting water dripped on her from over head vents had to move table - after the table move, the top of my martini shaker fell off an I lost the remaining martini and there was ice everywhere. The food was delicious and so was dessert - very disappointed nothing was comped. We left a great tip ( in addition to the 22% added which is a bit much ). Not sure if we will return.

My husband and I decided to spend a few days in the Poconos. We came across this hotel which seemed like a nice place with availablity. We arrived on July 3rd and was met by Noah a very nice youngman who helped us with our luggage and showed us our beautiful suite! We were told we were the first couple to ever stay in this suite. It was beautifully decorated with a modern decore which provided all the essentials and then some! The staff (Kimberly) were extremely helpfil in navigating the Apple remote! We also met Dante one of the ownwers who was extremely friendly and attentive! We had a wonderful and restful stay would highly recommend this hotel as we will definitely return in the furure months. I travel every week for work and from I minute I walked in the front door The Swiftwater made a positive impression. From the front desk to staff throughout, it was a great 3 night stay. The rooms were spotless, every amenity thought of from the bathroom to the bedding and work area. The pool, restaurant and outdoor fire pits areas were amazing. This is the place to stay when you are in the Poconos.

This new hotel in the Poconos was beautiful and luxurious. I have stayed in many luxury hotels and am quite a picky traveler. The service was exceptional. The food and drinks at the pool service and at Olivet were delicious, professional, upscale. I loved being able to get Japanese food by the pool. At Olivet standouts were the Trout, the Bananas foster tableside, and the delicious breakfasts as well! In the rooms the beds and the towels were luxurious. Ver pretty design. We needed connecting rooms and there are not that many options, so our view was first floor parking lot. Because we needed connecting rooms I understood this. In the future if I don't need connecting rooms I will try to have a higher view on the back side. My teens loved using the fitness center. The Pool was actually warm and comfortable!!! So many hotels advertise a heated pool but it's often cold. The Swiftwater's hotel pool was beautiful, serene, warm, with lovely music. The music throughout the first floor lobby and pool and restaurant was lovely . Also very pretty lobby with fireplace. I would love to return!!

The hotel is on a main road/highway so it detracts from the setting. When we went there was no caffeinated coffee available in the rooms. The woman told me to come down to the lobby if I wanted any. The pool is eh. It is not very big and only 5ft deep. A large part of it is 1 ft for wading. There is also an on an off again weird odor wafting through the lobby.

Decided to book a quick overnight at this new boutique hotel to enjoy the gorgeous weather. We were beyond impressed at how beautiful it is. Our room was so well appointed—high-end everything and I mean every little detail. The concierge recommended a fantastic lunch spot (Zack’s Tacos) and a beautiful hike through Big Pocono State Park. We returned just in time for a wine tasting in the lobby, a quick swim and then dinner on the patio. The staff is beyond amazing—however they’re training this team, they might want to sell their secret formula! We haven’t experienced this level of customer service in many years. The next day they booked us massages at Kalahari Spa which was beautiful. We drove home planning when we will return!
