Find another place! The room was in need of repairs Some of the appliances didn't work as designed. My reservation was confused. You have to request that your room to be cleaned, otherwise no cleaning will be provided.
The bathroom toilet was clogged from the moment we checked in. The morning it overflow all over the bathroom when I called the front desk they said they will send someone. The housekeeping guy came and put our dirty towels to try to dry the floor. Used a plunger then left it for us to use in case it happened again! When we pulled the comforter off the sheet had blood stains on it!
This will be a negative review, but I'd like to start with the positives: the beds were comfortable (we slept well), and the black-out curtains were great. Negatives: (a) The rooms were not clean. The sheets seemed clean, but we had the feeling that the rooms themselves weren't thoroughly cleaned between guests. The toiletries samples were mismatched and half-full (I don't care about the items being mismatched, but half-full tells me they were used by previous guests). (b) The tv had ~seven channels; that includes the Poconos info channel and the local networks. Very few real options for the evening or bad weather. (c) The "complimentary" breakfast is a paper bag with a chewy granola bar and a packaged muffin. I understand labor issues during the pandemic (and in general), and I don't expect anything special at a budget motel's complimentary breakfast, but this was pretty awful. (d) There is no coffee available - not at breakfast or any other time - for free or for purchase. (e) While the staff members were friendly, they were unprofessional. The front desk was unstaffed for a while in the late afternoon. There was some discussion/dispute between workers in front of guests. Nothing terrible, but it didn't make you feel like you were in a well-run business.…
The hotel tacked on a 100.00 dollars for security reasons for room damage was suppose to return same after check out. Have not received money credited to card account. Now going on a week. Have to fight to receive money back. Wyndham does not back it's customers when dispute arise. Thank God had fore sight to use PAY-PAL only people on my side so far
Needed to be cleaned properly Curtains were moldy/mildewed Mirrors had writings on them from previous guests Invest in a vacuum for the maid to use daily Wash bathroom floors daily, clean up hair from previous guests
The hotel is not conveniently located. The rooms weren't comfortable. The breakfast bag which I understand due to COVID-19 was interesting to say the least. The beds were uncomfortable. The AC had a weird odor.
The room was filthy and the room was poorly maintained. Roaches and bugs in the room with torn bed sheets and curtains. My family and I were so disappointed in the condition. We left as soon as we could.
The advertisement tells you that the room comes with breakfast included. After signing the papers in the office which also required a 100 dollar deposit, they handed me a brown paper bag with breakfast for two. 2 Nature Valkey Granola bars, 2 oranges, 2 8oz. Bottles of water and 2 mini pound cakes. I f I had know this I would have gone to a different hotel.
The management really need upgrade the hotel to 3 star level. very noce location. would not recommend for family. it was like road side motel with direct entry and nothing like what I had expected to like quality Inn at least.
Unsatisfied Guest. Unhappy, Upset. Not pleased. I will not be staying at the Days Inn Hotel again. That Hotel Needs An Upgrade. There is alot of things wrong . The website shows a very Beautiful Hotel. That Days Inn is not what the website show.
