This is the first time staying at the hotel and I must say I have a lot to say about this hotel. First the price for the hotel is wayyyyyy to much. Why? Because one thing that’s important is customer service and this hotel don’t know how to provide that. One, the hotel doesn’t have a place to get water or food for 24 hours which is needed when you staying in a hotel in case of an emergency. Second the venting machine took my money when I went for water for my kids and then they have the nerve to tell me that I have to call the 1-800 number because it’s a third party ha! First of all it’s not my responsibility to call the number because you guys decided to put a venting machine in your hotel and as a prestige hotel that you claim you are, you suppose to ensure that the venting machine is in proper working condition for your guest especially if all your stores and restaurants close by 9pm. Next if you have to call guest services to get help at any time good luck because the wait time is 15-20 mins or longer and when you go downstairs there are like three checkin reps doing nothing. They stated that once they are speaking to a guest they cannot pick up the phone which is non sense , you could pick up the phone and simply say please hold so the guest respects that they are acknowledged and they don’t feel like they are being ignored. It was my daughters 3rd birthday and it could have been wayyyy better. Customer service is number one! Second the rooms are not as clean as it is suppose to be especially during COVID. The sink is nasty and it’s scary trusting a hotel to actually sanitize the room to ensure that it’s disinfected. For the price it’s not worth it. Also i stayed in a loft and I called the next morning to ask for 30 mins extra to check out they said no because the room is not available to late check out yet when you go online the room is a available but they want you to pay for another night so I had to get a room for less just to be able to enjoy the day with my daughter. Ridiculous.... however another guest right next to me asked for a late check out and got it! Different skin type though smh!!! And I wanted to stay an additional night because my daughter enjoyed the water park but it’s not worth my time or money! Just by the customer service!!!!!!!…
I haven't been to the hotel yet so I can't comment on the experience there. But I waited over an hour on the phone to make a reservation adjustment, and then someone in India answered! Appalling!! Next time I will go to Kalahari....
From valet, bell service, check in, shuttle, all staff, and arcade, everyone was so NICE!!! and pleasant and made me and my family feel so welcome. Definitely coming back! And recommending to all friends.
I must say I was impressed!! The staff was nothing short of spectacular, our trip was meant for our kids to see snow for the first time and this place meet all our expectations and yet exceeded them!! The cleanliness was on point, the fact that covid was still in full swing and yet they had the place in excellent conditions they made the experience amazing. We ended up extending our stay two days because it was so phenomenal. At trails end (restaurant on site) Debra was fantastic, Kayly at the bar made sure we were taken care of with our drinks cold and on point, Vanessa and Cici at the front desk were sure to take care of us, letting us know what activities were fun for our 3 kids and some great ideas for us the adults. Rob one of the managers made us feel at home. He was a very welcoming guy excellent Louisiana and Miami talent. John the valet guy was fantastic he truly loves what he does and it shows, welcoming and asking how we are spending our stay giving us ideas on activities as well. This was such a special stay because you feel the pride in all those we came across, their smiles and service made our vacation a truly memorable one. We are completely planning on making this a yearly vacation spot because it was just spectacular!! Snowboarding was a blast, tubing was so much fun, we got a hint of the water park which was great and the views were breathtaking. Prices were very reasonable for the stay and the activities were not bad either!! Great deals!!! We loved visiting here and totally look forward to making it a yearly thing Highly recommend it!! 10/10 5 thumbs up!!! Excellent with so many things to do!!! Thank you everyone in Camelback Mountain Resort, coming from Orlando (Full of Resort) you guys are doing an exceptional job!! — at Camelback Mountain Resort.…
I stayed at this hotel December 19th and I wish that I had gone to a cheaper hotel in the area. At almost $1,000.00 per night, all amenities were closed(due to covid restrictions).Only outdoor activities skiing and snow tubing were available. One main restaurant open onsite, and a few food trucks. The beds were incredibly hard and I spent the night trying to get comfortable. This is not worth the price. If you’re going for skiing and snow tubing m, do yourself a favor and purchase tickets without hotel stay otherwise wise you will pay an astronomical price just to spend the night.
