We had the opportunity to visit Camelback this past March and had such a great time, we thought it would be nice to visit in the summer. Camelback Resort didn’t let us down! The moment we valet, our bellman Benson, remembered us by name! He took great care of us. Valet makes it very easy, if your staying at the resort. We didn’t leave the property for our three day stay. They have a new text messaging/website for calling for your vehicle when needed, which is a nice touch. Our room was ready when we arrived and it was very clean and beautiful. We stayed in a two bedroom condo, which has a mini kitchen. This is a nice feature if you bring along some food for breakfast or for making lunches. You could even bring items to prepare a full dinner, as the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. However, we really enjoy eating out while at Camelback. I wrote a review for our favorite restaurant Trail’s End and Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse. During the day we grabbed lunch at Graffiti Pizza, while swimming at Aquatopia and then we tried the pulled pork at the Smokehouse, located at Camel Beach. Check in is super easy and fast. The staff are very friendly and can answer any questions you may have about your stay. Shout out to the front end manager Vanessa for her hospitality and also for being so accommodating to guest needs. The lobby is under renovations, as Camelback is planning some major changes to the lobby. We can’t wait to see the new coffee bar and lobby when we return. This will be a major upgrade to your experience, while staying at the resort. With that said, the lobby is well protected and clean. You can barely tell any renovations are taking place. During our stay, our family of 5 with kids ages 8, 11, and 14, went in the 4,000 zip-line! It’s a must do for anyone who is adventurous. The staff was amazing and we felt very safe the entire time. We also went on the mountain rollercoaster! This is the only rollercoaster, like this, in PA! It was so much fun. All the kids were able to ride on their own, besides my youngest, who rode with my wife. Both of these attractions are walking distance from the resort, right out the back of Trail’s End restaurant. We were going to try the new UTV experience, however, there is a 5’ 3” height requirement for these awesome machines. I was given a quick ride in one and I wish everyone in my family was tall enough for this attraction. It was a lot of fun! To Camelback’s credit, these are big UTVs and we could understand why there is a minimum height requirement. On our second day, we spent the afternoon in the indoor waterpark, Aquatopia. The weather outside was a little overcast and drizzling for Camel Beach. We ended up getting a Cabana for the family and it made the experience very relaxing. You get your own waitress, refrigerator, TV, with nice furniture to relax on. While the kids went on the slides, my wife and I had the opportunity to check out the new swim up pool bar Oasis. Once again, our bartender had a huge smile on his face when he recognized us from our stay in March! Robert is awesome and is a great bartender. The drinks were delicious and the new pool bar made it even more relaxing for parents’ experience. After a long day at the pool, the kids enjoyed laser tag and so did Dad! They went on the bumper cars and indoor tree course as well. They were tired out after a long fun day. On our last day, we went to Camel Beach. The outdoor waterpark was huge! The kids loved the wave pool, as it really had some massive fun waves. The flo-rider was another favorite of my son’s. We enjoyed many of the waterslides. The lines moved pretty fast. Some of the attractions are not open and are being remodeled. There was a nice lazy river to float around, while soaking in the sun. The park was busy, but you really don’t notice it, due to how massive the park actually is. Finally there are many different food options, from food trucks, to BBQ, and waffles. Adult beverages were available throughout the park as well. The park was clean and the staff was great. We ended our stay with an excursion booked through Camelback, for horseback riding. We drove our own vehicle to the ranch. It was about 15 minutes away. The entire family had a great time horse back riding through the mountains. It was a great way to end the vacation and made for wonderful memories to talk about on the ride home. Thank you Camelback Resort for a fun,action packed, relaxing summer vacation! Great first time trip. Beautiful place, rooms were updated, clean, gorgeous view of the mountains. Great service, visited indoor water park. Clean and very comfortable. Despite it being holiday weekend, no disappointment. Would suggest better signage for dining options.

The Resort was great. My daughter loved it, my parents enjoyed it. There is something for everyone to do. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cleaned and comfortable. The water park was clean. I will definitely be coming back.

We booked only one night, but it was an absolutely fabulous two days here on the mountain! We thought with Memorial Day weekend that the lines would be terrible at Aquatopia but really they were quite manageable. We were able to do literally all of the rides/slides we wanted to do (and even get the hot tub) in only three hours. The service was was very friendly. A few small housekeeping snafoos , but we spoke to the manager and he couldn’t have been any more accommodating or gracious about the entire situation. The waterpark was super fun and we also had a great time enjoying all of the activities around us, such as the mountain coaster (which I highly recommend —so fun and fast!) and we will be doing the zip lining and other things available at the arcade (rock climbing, bumper cars, VR, escape room, mirrors maze, etc etc) later. Overall, our family had (and is having) a blast and we will be back!…

Came with my Kids and loved it. Friendly staff, clean rooms. We arrived early and they even stored our luggage since the room wasn't ready yet. The indoor water park is great for kids of all ages. There are so many activities available, your kids will never be bored.

This hotel is amazing. VERY CLEAN. Staff is very welcoming & so NICE. The staff actually cares about how your stay is going and makes sure that you have everything you need and jjst bas a warm and polite approach! Everything was done above and beyond for my family! I love love love this place!!!!! I would recommend camelback a thousand and one times, this is not an exaggeration. This place is truly amazing. My family has stayed here 2 times and we are already planning our 3rd trip.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. My family and I had a really great weekend here. The resort is very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had a blast snow-tubing, especially since we didn't get any decent snow this year. They have a conveyer belt to take you to the top of the hill so you don't tire yourself out carrying the tube. The water park is impressive. Its not just a "hotel water park". Top drawer water slides, an indoor/outdoor hot tub, plenty of things for all ages. Nice arcade with tons of state-of-the-art games. The food was also very good (Try the pancakes!). I was also very impressed by the staff. They all seemed genuinely kind and interested in making sure we had a great time. My daughter lost her favorite stuffed animal, and they were all very helpful in making sure she got it back. Overall great experience. Would definitely return.…
