The internet SUCKS…you can log on…then seconds later your logged out. Every time I’ve been here. The T.V’s don’t work. They scramble, and you can never get a clear picture on none of the channels. You complain and they say..” we will put a ticket in”

This was a very nice stay. We were in a suite, very clean and comfortable. We made use of the swimming pool and relaxed. Breakfast the next morning was decent. It was odd to see gaming machines in the lobby that people off the street could come in a play.

As someone else said, they gave us a room that someone was staying in. Horrifying! Luckily the people weren’t there but it doesn’t make me feel very safe. They moved us to a room with a broken box spring so the bed was lopsided. Dirty pillow cases. Stained couch. Falling-apart office chair. A total mess.

Awful! First room someone was already using it. Got new room. Everything was fine until around midnight a couple walked into our room. With two sleeping children I was not happy. Night front desk lady was rude saying she was on vacation for two days so she doesn't know what's going on and seemed to brush off my concern. I will never return.

Hotel is in very poor condition, Manger is very rude and seemed unknowledgeable of the operations of running a hotel, breakfast was sparse, and crappy people off the street were playing gambling machines in the lobby.

Manager was helpful and engaged in the proper training of staff. I've found this attribute often lacking in many establishments. The good: Huge room with modern amenities and kuerig coffee maker. Very comfortable. Decent exercise room and sausage and eggs at breakfast. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Price was an amazing value. The bad: Public gambling machines in the lobby is weird. Different machines in the laundry were out of order. You need special permission to enter the pool area. In spite of the minor negatives, our overall experience is good +.

There is a sign at the desk soliciting top reviews in exchange for entry in a raffle for a mug.Checked in at 4 and our room was not ready. As we left for dinner there was a man sitting on the table in front of the hotel smoking weed and listening to loud global music. Breakfast the following morning was the crowning disappointment. There were reconstituted eggs and fatty pork sausages but little else. No butter and the hot water for oatmeal was from the previous evening. Is very pleasant front desk staff but will not be returning.

We have stayed here for quite a few weekends while doing work in the area and have been generally pleased. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Sleep quality is good. Wifi can drop out the closer to the window that you get in both of our rooms. Breakfast is ok, but minimal. Location is great, and staff has been friendly. Hotel is showing its age here and there in the rooms, lobby seems as if it has been very recently renovated.

The lobby and the front desk staff (Sarah) were so welcoming that we looked forward to a pleasant stay. What followed was a roller coaster ride through horribleness to OK-land via really good staff work by Sarah. We were assigned (at my request) a quiet room on the 4th floor. Room #425 smelled as if someone had had an orgy the night before. The extra blanket was missing, there were only 3 towels, and the TV was messed up. We were too tired to complain--until we couldn't get anything on the TV. Last Straw! Sarah offered to come up to fix it. After much ado, we all discovered that the electrician had been extremely sloppy with the installation of the outlets. The ones we tried to reach as alternatives to get the TV to work were so misaligned that we could not use them. After many attempts to fix everything, Sarah gave us a new room. By the time we got settled in a room that didn't smell like a brothel, we were too weary to use the nice pool and gym. We stayed here because of the high ratings. Don't believe everything you read! Sarah should get a raise; the housekeeper should be retrained; the electrician should be replaced; we deserve better from Choice Hotels.…
