Very nice stay at the hotel. We checked in and received our key using the app, so we didn't need to stop by the front desk. Kind of weird that we spent our entire stay at the hotel without ever talking to anyone! Overall, the room was what you would expect. Comfortable and clean. Lobby was very nice, and they have a beautiful front garden with a fire pit. We would stay here again if we were traveling the area again.

We stayed one night on 7/14/2021 in room #103. The room is well designed with lots of outlets, lighting, and space for your suitcases. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious, the air conditioning comfortable and the room quiet. Breakfast is ordered at the counter. I had a good breakfast of bacon and eggs. I recommend this hotel

Very disappointing stay. Desk welcome non existent; had to search down the hall for clerk. Very brusque check-in with NO mention of Hilton Gold breakfast options and "housekeeping 3 day rule". Room 401 was very stark esthetically, no note pads or pencil, very worn/scratched furniture and "threadbare" hassock. Also plumbing was faulty, shower faucet dripped and toilet would run intermittently due to a bad flapper valve. Positive observations; very nice lobby and day receptionist on 19 Sep did rectify the lack of housekeeping problem. For vacation travelers,. would recommend the Hampton Inn across US 40; free breakfast, cordial staff.. Also, left a voice mail for Manager Ms Rabbitt on PM 28 Sep with no answer to date.

The best part of my stay was walking into a beautiful, decorated lobby area. Although I didn't received a "welcome" upon my arrival to the front desk, the check-in process went okay. But, the lobby area was beautiful to walk through.

We were in town for a family wedding. The hotel staff was incredible! The grounds were spotless. Great outdoor seating available. The rooms are very clean with a great layout. Both the swimming pool and hot tub areas were very clean. The food from the restaurant smelled amazing but we didn’t have time to grab a bite. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. On arrival I was greeted with a smile and the check in process was simple. The room was clean and the hallway was well lit. I felt safe and welcomed. I would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I stopped here on my way to Ohio, and to some it may have been out of the way, but I am glad that I stayed at this hotel. The room was very clean, as was the hotel as a whole. The restaurant/bar area was nice. It has a small menu, but the items on the menu gave sufficient choices for dinner. I had the fish and chips, and the fish was good and the fries were crispy. If I find myself needing the find lodging in this area, I will book here again.

I called several hotels in the area before choosing this one. All the other hotels were much more reasonable in price and included breakfast. All the other clerks were Very helpful. None of the other hotels had a double queen available so I chose Hilton as they had several queen doubles available. Upon arriving very late at night I was given a king bed and pull out couch and told by the clerk I should be appreciative as it was an upgrade. The pull out was uncomfortable, ,I had no bedding, and the hotel was very loud. Not to mention I paid A lot more for the Hilton name than the other hotels were charging.

We had a great weekend. We attended a fantastic comedy show by Slapstick Productions Friday evening. Saturday evening was a good dinner and time to socialize. The staff was accommodating and seemed to want to make our stay pleasant. My only suggestion is a hot breakfast should be included instead of a cold continental breakfast in the room rate. We will go back again one day.
