Pros: The house is from the 1800's and absolutely beautiful woodwork and high ceilings. Each bedroom is decorated and reflects a name of a grandchild. Breakfast was generous in the morning and would leave anyone full. Cons: Since the home is decorated from the Victorian era it is cluttered with so many knick knacks and antiques it could come off...

My husband & I recently stayed at Grammy Rose's B & B, which is a towering Victorian house converted into a B & B. Tim & Rose put their hearts & souls into their B & B. They go above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible. The breakfasts they served us were over the top delicious...

Avoid the dump hotels and stay here. You will get a great place to stay and really wonderful hosts. I also think it is physically impossible to leave breakfast and still be hungry - if you are, you did something wrong! I stayed in the Viviana room, which is good for a single traveler like me. That room actually has...

We had our wedding ceremony at this bed and breakfast on August 8. It was absolutely PERFECT! The gazebo, pond, and yard were beautiful and our wedding could not have been better. We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 2 nights. It was absolutely wonderful. Tim and Rose really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome! They...

We recently stayed at Grammy Rose's, a nice B & B in a huge Victorian house in Washington, Pa. We were greeted by Tim, who does most of the host work, with Rose tending to the behind the scenes business. They have several rooms on several floors, all decorated in Victorian style. They also have open lounge areas, a nice...

We stopped at Grammy Rose's for a night en route to our destination on a very hot day during which our car air conditioner broke. We were invited in to this beautiful old home, and Tim cranked up the A/C for us. Our room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. But the most memorable part of our stay...

Wow! That hardly covers what a great place this is! Its like stepping back in time, with enough modern twists to make it more comfortable. We felt as though we had gone back to a simpler time, and were very relaxed and comfortable here. Tim and Rose are the best, and so is the food! This house has personality and...

The best night sleep I've had in a while in a very comfortable bed. Soft towels, soft sheets, fascinating décor. Very accommodating innkeepers (we got in very late and at the last minute) Rose's stuffed French Toast Breakfast amazing! A whole hearted recommendation!

Everything was perfect here. The home is beautifully yet comfortably decorated, our room was spacious (we had the Chelsea so it had pocket doors to divide it in to 2 rooms. The kids had their own space and TV) We enjoyed the gazebo in the evening. Breakfast was amazing. The owners were friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located. It was...

“There are 4 rooms available. All have their own private bath and AC. We stayed in the Kaylea room and were very pleased. Even though it was almost a full-house with other couples and a family, we never heard the occupants of the other rooms. It was so quite and private.”
