We had a room with 2 double beds. There was a refrigerator in the room but no freezer section. The room was slightly small but fine. The sink was outside the bathroom. Breakfast was good and included several cold cereals, juice and coffee, bagels and crème cheese, a waffle maker, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very good...

We stayed at Quality Inn in Middletown, RI for 2 nights with my hubby. We booked a Deluxe King W/Jacuzzi & stayed in Room 105. Everything about this hotel was amazing and we would definitely come back! The room was sparkling clean. Jacuzzi worked awesome! I did see a lot of bad review complaints about the controls on the opposite...

As a business traveler, I’ve been staying in hotels for a number of years now and the Quality Inn and Suites in Middletown, RI had to be the worst hotel that I’ve been to. I stayed here for my sister's wedding and the experience was a nightmare. When I arrived in my room and turned down the covers, I found...

The location is convenient, close to a grocery store, restaurants and gas stations. It's a 5 min. drive to naval station Newport. They have nice clean rooms, nice indoor pool and a great staff. Will stay here again.

Here for an entire month for work related things. The facility overall is pretty good. Currently, the dryer on the west wing is broken. I'll venture around for others or just checkout a laundry mat. When flushing the toilet up here you must hold the lever down for awhile. The room has an elevated adjoining area perfect for my road...

The management (Landre) & staff (Natalie(Nharri) & Bryan) were very accomadating & great , but the room quality was poor. The pillows for a king size room were for a baby's crib, the bathroom was dirty, full of mold, the hallways smelt like smoke, even though it's a smoke free facility, the toilet seats were missing parts (in both rooms...

FIRST- this hotel was a bargain and I wasn't surprised that things were not totally up to par. The room was fairly clean and well kept. The staff were kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond. The room (I hope) was in the midst of a room renovation. Virtually no storage space. Literally, a rod about 2-3 feet long...

We stayed a few nights while visiting the mansions in Newport. Great location for that, with easy access to the highway. We had a regular room with 2 queen size beds. Rooms were clean and spacious. The layout is a bid odd, though. The bathroom is long and narrow, but adequate. There was an extra room build with a whirlpool...

Dear valued guest, We appreciate your wonderful feedback. Our maintenance staff have worked on the pipes which we were removing at the time of your visit. I can guarantee your future stay will not have that so we hope we can welcome you back soon. Sincerely,

Staff was very pleasant & helpful - provided excellent recommendation re: where to get great seafood; room had a strange layout - large but with a very small bathroom. Location was pretty good for trips into Newport. There was a good attempt to vary the breakfast items.

First time to Newport RI for us. Wow if you live there you must learn to sail. Our hotel had lovely staff. Breakfast was fair. Not like other hotels that offer breakfast. Our room was very strange. There was a tiled step down area the length of the room with nothing but the wall air conditioner. No chair to relax...
