Great visit second time staying the rooms and main hall have been updated since our last stay the rooms seem much brighter. We traveled with a 3 month old baby the fridge was a must for milk ect. Clean rooms and the quick breakfast hit the spot. Very friendly staff. Will be back!

Total disappointment. I mistakenly believed reviews that talked about elegance and quaintness. Wrong. This is like a Days Inn in a old New England facade. (And I'm not complaining about price because that's a ripoff merely because everything is in Newport summertime.) Instead my disappointment stems from dirty hallway carpets, big white mystery stains on multiple curtains (so either they...

This was our fourth stay at this hotel in 6 years. Definitely one of the best deals in town. Only about a four minute drive to downtown Newport and the hotel offers shuttle service for $8 a person round-trip for people who don't want to drive. The hotel does have new hardwood flooring in since our last visit so the...

Stayed for 2 nights ahead of a recent yacht race out of Newport. Easy access on the edge of town. I had room # 9, ground floor. Large bedroom, large bed, large bathroom, TV, free wifi, coffee machine (which had to be moved from on top of the microwave to a lower table to plug it in, not a particularly...

Quaint Hotel right outside Newport. But website said 2 queen beds. They were not queens. Full at best. I only stayed overnight so I was no big deal. It was a good price for the area. Cute Continental breakfast but I only took the coffee to go.

The staff is friendly, we had such a nice stay last summer that we wanted to go back. We will not be staying there again. Great location. Most staff very friendly. No elevator, wifi (both) down almost all weekend. Up for 15 min., down for hour, up for 15 min. Coffee maker had to be moved to a nightstand so...

This hotel is a joke. my husband and I came from Brazil to celebrate 24 years married. we choose in the this place from hotels.com. It looked nice in the photos and in the promises, but it the worst hotel that I have ever been. The hotel needs an extreme makeover. It is in very bad conservation. We stayed in...

Only 23 rooms in the hotel, the visitor gets a feeling of being appreciated. The continental breakfast from 7 until 10 is fantastic. And the 24hour coffee, tea or hot chocolate is great. Our 2nd floor unit was perfect for the three days spent in Newport. All of the concierges provided us with ideas to fill the days.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to see the Mansions of Newport, dine out or just want to relax on a beach! The rooms are spacious and the staff super friendly. The outside breakfast and dining area offers a chilled atmosphere and they even have a little business center inside to check your emails!
