Returns members this is one that I would skip. The hotel is in need of some serious renovations and it appears that they have started with the very top floor. The staff was at times attentive and at times dismissive. House keeping is inadequate. If you like your hot showers to be a slow dribble then you might like this...

I stay at La Quinta properties primarily for its pet-friendliness. Therefore the 4 stars. I was in the Bristol area on business. Clean and the price was right, and breakfast was included. The hotel staff took our reservation with a roll away bed reserved. It never showed up. the staff argued with us about the reservation and it was clear that they had no roll away available. If they didn't have a roll away thenwhy did they take our reservation as such?

This hotel is convenient to PVD airport. It is clean ,staff friendly and accomadating. Shuttle to airport ,breakfast,restaurant within walking distance. It is being refurbished .So it is a very well kept up hotel. Close within drive to seafood . Will stay again when in this area.

3rd floor stay. 2:30 am people up and down halls drunk, arguing, slamming doors. Called front desk. Quited down for 10 minutes then started up again. No sleep all night. Walls are paper thin. One ice machine, 1st floor. Elevator SLOW. Mattress felt worn out. Would not stay again.

I was there on Company Business. The Front Desk looked like "Not Professionally trained", and asked me the Credit Card to charge, and it was pre-paid for from my company manager. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was reasonable.

nice and awesome room that i actually would love to stay there anytime i am in the Rhode Island Area. I loved the way the customer service treated me with passion and love as if i was family. i'll ultimately suggest this hotel to anyone
