You would think being a hotel that the management team would be up to par? Right? WRONG. The two ladies Adrienna, who claims to be a front desk manager, and the "GM" she transfered me too (the Lady would not tell me her name) had inexcusable attitudes and actually YELLED on the phone. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. refused to even hear...

This location is fantastic. We walked everywhere from the motel, never using our car in Charleston. This is the best value in town. Our room was half the price of other places in town and the location was the best. A few pieces of advice: the rooms are twice as expensive on the weekend so if you can visit other...

My experience at the Days Inn was really good even better than I expected from the online reviews. It's in an ideal location that is perfect for shopping, walking and visiting museums and sitting in the park by the water. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family who plan to visit Charleston.

We have traveled all over this country, often staying at Days Inn and have Never run into this hotel chain not offering breakfast, they even have a breakfast room. At $250. a night, you would think they could manage a donut, at least. Secondly, rooms were not available at the 4:00 check-in time, there was a line of people waiting...

We booked here because a friend had booked it, and we wanted to be close to them. I was shocked at the rate that a walkup room motel could get, and frankly expected a disaster. I couldn't have been more wrong. The motel, while old, is extremely well kept, clean, and had most modern conveniences. Here is the bad: Our...

Staff was very friendly! Spot is in an awesome location to walk to any spot downtown -- restaurants, market, etc. Only downside was the construction noise and there are no elevators for luggage --- so ladies, pack light. ;)

This was my first time visiting Charleston Sc with my husband. We chose this hotel due to reviews we read online regarding the location. We were NOT disappointed. The hotel is right in downtown Charleston on Meeting Street. It is a SUPER convenient walk to Everything you will want to do in the City. The location can't be beat and...

Great location. Easy parking ($14/day). Walking distance to entire historic area. Multiple wonderful restaurants close by. Value was great- comparatively lower price to other hotels in vicinity.

Rooms were clean but nothing fancy. Charge for parking was annoying for a motel parking lot for the high price of the room with no breakfast included, which all other motels on our trip did offer! 2 ice machines were out of order and had to go across parking lot to other building to get ice. The handyman was very...
