Excellent. Clean welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff. Evening reception is a great amenity. Very accessible to historic sites in Charleston. We never moved our car during our 5 day stay. It was more than what we expected. We would book here again.

The Elliot house is a very nice little hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the location is fantastic. The rooms were nice, but the bed and pillows were not amazing. They were fine.. The rooms had a lot of charm.

Everything about this place exceeded expectations for a B&B. The location was perfect, staff super helpful and the facilities lovely. A special touch was the custom map the receptionist gave us upon checking in. Will be a repeat customer for sure!

A very nice, comfortable inn. Great location for historic sightseeing. Staff was very helpful in giving directions to local restaurants and sights. Breakfast was on time, and evening wine in the courtyard was very nice.

Everything about this place is terrific. Location can't be beat - best restaurants and attractions are an easy walk. Has that Old Charleston feel. The staff is friendly. Breakfast and wine & cheese offer a chance to meet other guests if you want do that. We've returned several times.

Wow! We are truly impressed that you enjoyed your time here with us. The staff does a wonderful job in offering suggestions, or providing any assistance when possible. The building dates back to the 1860s, so that alone provides an intimate and real Charleston feeling. We can’t wait to see you, the next time you are in Charleston!

If you are looking for a charming hotel in the historical section of Charleston, you should consider the Elliott House. The people there were very welcoming and the facilities were authentically historic in nature. We personally plan to visit Charleston again in the near future and will stay at the Elliott House when we do.

From the moment we entered the courtyard and walked into the lobby we truly felt at ease and a first priority. On every crossing we were greeted with sincere Southern kindness. On arrival we received a personally prepared map/list of local attractions the front desk staff member thought we'd enjoy. Breakfast was served daily on-time to our guest room... which...

We were in Charleston for the first time and it didn't disappoint. The Elliott House Inn is perfectly located; central to everything, but on a quiet street. The entire staff was warm and helpful. Our only quibbles were with the so-so breakfasts and the sub-par bathroom. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable and very enjoyable.
