A snafu in our reservations led us to the Jasmine House Inn and it was a snafu I will be grateful for. There was nothing about the property that disappointed- from the room, which was charming, very generously sized and well-stocked with toiletries and amenities; the breakfasts were filling and delicious; the staff were delightful. I would stay there again...

Agree 110% with Patricia S...this place is very well situated within walking distance to everthing..it is across the street from a public parking lot but not a problem for our stay..you check in at the sister property Indigo Inn across the way and they have parking for $14/nite...staff was very helpful but not in your face...the decor is charming and...

We had the entire third floor of the Jasmine house...a huge room, bath, full kitchen & living area, plus private balcony. I think we only got the rate we did because it was unrented for the night and the tourism people guide same-day visitors into unrented properties at a reduced rate. It would have been great if this had been...

I absolutely loved this property. My husband and I stayed between June 26th & June 29th for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed in the Bancroft room, which I would recommend as it is lovely, tastefully decorated & feels like traveling back in time to a more comfortable 19th century- as it is air conditioned and has...

My husband and I recently spent one night at the Indigo Inn and four additional nights at the Jasmine House Inn, which is about one block away. Both are charming but the Jasmine House is historic and much prettier. The Indigo has a nice central courtyard but the rooms are much plainer and smaller. Both hotels are in the historic...

And we still were so happy with our choice. We chose a less expensive room and didn't have breakfast delivered to our room, but still enjoyed the staff and ambiance, location and food. Love the afternoon wine and all day iced tea and lemonade. Would like to have coffee in the room. Checkin and parking is at nearby Indigo Inn...

We stayed in Carriage House #3 and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. As my husband has mobility issues, the ground floor access (with one step up from the courtyard) met our needs. Our large bedroom had a wet bar, closet foyer, large bathroom with shower and no tub. We loved the courtyard just outside our room. Its...

Minor inconveniences did not detract from the well-located, spacious, nicely decorated and accommodating facilities. The Jasmine and Chrysanthemum rooms were particularly nice. Checking in and dealing with the concierge at the Indigo Inn, across a parking lot, was an inconvenience. The buffet breakfast was adequate but not high cuisine. The parking lot facing the front of the building detracted from...

Huge bedroom with wonderful bath, full kitchen, dining room and magnificent sitting room… and an outside walkway overlooking the lush courtyard behind The Jasmine House. High ceilings, flat screen, full-size TVs in the sitting room and in the bedroom. Big, 6-foot windows let light in every room from all directions. The Flat occupies the entire top floor of the Inn,...

The Jasmine House Inn is a hidden gem! We have always stayed in the main house and you almost feel as if you're visiting a relative who happens to live in Charleston! There's a wonderful breakfast, piazzas and gardens for the complimentary wine and cheese and the location can't be beat. You can easily walk to Market Street and King...
