Very personal excellent service. We arrived on an early flight and had hoped to just drop out bags to start our day but they were able to give us early check in... before noon! The wine receptions were perfect with cheese and another option as well. Salmon dip one day and a cheese dip the other. ...and hot and cold...

This is the BEST Inn to stay while in Charleston... across from the Market. We had some trouble with our rental car and they were so very helpful trying to remedy our problems. All of the employees went out of their way to help in any way they could. It kinda felt like they were family. The Concierge was knowledgeable...

Stayed in a lower floor room with a beautiful view and seating just outside on landscaped patios. Our breakfast (included) was always top notch. Terrific location and staff very helpful with dining and shopping destinations. Take the carriage rides and some include picking you up AT the hotel to begin a wonderful tour of the old town.

Went to the low country for a birthday trip which started in Charlestown before I headed south to Savannah. The Market Street Inn was everything I could ask for. The room was clean & well maintained. I really liked the location of the inn with it being about a ten minute walk to most restaurants & shops.

I love this place. It's located in the heart of the historic part of town.We walked to every place we wanted to see from here. It's very near the huge city market, and near the water, other shopping, and restaurants. The hotel has a good breakfast included, and wine and snacks in late afternoon. We only needed to pay for...

Stayed here in the historic area of Charleston for one night. Our room was located on the second floor accessed by a wooden porch that was noisy when other guests walked by. It was a cold night and the room itself was cold. As said, this is an old B&B where you could see daylight around the doors with a...

We spent four days in Charleston this summer and wanted to be in the middle of all the action. We could not have stayed at a nicer place! The Inn offers hands down the best breakfast in town, the courtyard is quaint and comfortable, wine and a little something is free to guests in the late afternoon. Staff is friendly....

The Market Street Inn is close to the the shops on Market Street, the shops on King Street, a short walk to the harbor, to Rainbow Row, the Battery, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and so too was the wine and cheese hour. You have to park about 2 blocks away in a parking...

If you want a lovely inn that offers a great breakfast, afternoon drinks and refreshments, and puts you in the heart of the historic city, this is the inn for you. The staff members were courteous and professional in every way. The rooms were nicely appointed and very comfortable. Wish we had more time to enjoy the garden courtyard and...

Living only an hour away from Charleston, I visit frequently. This is my favorite place to stay. The value is great! Walking distance to everything, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. Owner even showed his appreciation for my boyfriend who is a Marine. :)
