Jack and Annelise are friendly owners who make you feel welcome at once. Their European breakfast is both elegant and delicious ! The home is charming, comfortable and in a convenient walkable location in the historic waterfront neighborhood. We would return happily! Thanks, Beth & Turk

Jack, Annelise and Martha treated us like family. It felt like a beautiful home away from home. Social hours every evening, very nice breakfast, tips on daily activities, great location and accommodations .

My wife and I stayed here April 2016 on our tour of southern states with some American friends from NC. We fell in love with Charleston and our stay was enhanced by the terrific welcome we received from everyone at the Philips-Yates- Snowden House. When I say we were treated just like family I mean it. we were made so... More

Spent two nights at this B&B. Our downstairs room was spacious and clean. The owners, Jack and Annelise were lovely people and joined us each evening for wine and cheese. Annelise provided a brief overview of the city's history and some basic tips on getting around. Only complaint from us was that breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Otherwise this was... More

We stayed in the Rose room of this lovely, historic inn. Jack and Annelise were excellent hosts. We loved the location, which was within walking distance of several must-see places and the free city trolley. The Charleston happy hour was delightful! Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy. We would go back again!

Great stay in the Cypress Room--large room with its own entrance on the ground floor. The room is furnished with an eclectic mix of well-loved antiques- wicker tables, wooden rocker, braided rugs and low country sea grass baskets make for a cozy room. There is even a working fireplace. This is not a magazine shoot type of room where everything is... More

We enjoyed our stay at 15 Church Street immensely. Our room, the Cypress Room, was comfortable and roomy with its own entrance. The B & B is well located and we walked just about everywhere. But, it is the hosts, Jack and Annelise Simmons who make this such a great place to stay. They are warm and welcoming and host... More

Three of us just returned from spending a week in the carriage house. Our days started with a delicious hot breakfast in the gracious dining room visiting with other guests or our hosts. During the day, based on suggestions from the owners Annelise and Jack, we took a walking historical tour with a 7th generation Charlestonian, participated in a Gullah... More

We enjoyed our stay at 15 Church Street B&B. Warm and gracious hosts. It was in a wonderful historical location! A little cocktail gathering each evening to meet the other guests. Lovely breakfasts to choose from too.
