Jack and Annelise are great hosts and made our stay feel like we were part of their family. They are very informative on the history of Charleston and recommended great places to eat and a wide selection of things to do. The house is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood and in walking distance to a lot of great places...

Feel like you are at home on the huge piazza enjoying Jack and Annelise's wonderful hospitality. Good breakfasts and social hour. Walk from there to everywhere in Charleston. Very close to Husk and Poogan's Porch. One block from the Battery. Couldn't ask for more!

My wife and I stayed here April 2016 on our tour of southern states with some American friends from NC. We fell in love with Charleston and our stay was enhanced by the terrific welcome we received from everyone at the Philips-Yates- Snowden House. When I say we were treated just like family I mean it. we were made so...

Spent two nights at this B&B. Our downstairs room was spacious and clean. The owners, Jack and Annelise were lovely people and joined us each evening for wine and cheese. Annelise provided a brief overview of the city's history and some basic tips on getting around. Only complaint from us was that breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Otherwise this was...

We stayed in the Rose room of this lovely, historic inn. Jack and Annelise were excellent hosts. We loved the location, which was within walking distance of several must-see places and the free city trolley. The Charleston happy hour was delightful! Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy. We would go back again!

Great stay in the Cypress Room--large room with its own entrance on the ground floor. The room is furnished with an eclectic mix of well-loved antiques- wicker tables, wooden rocker, braided rugs and low country sea grass baskets make for a cozy room. There is even a working fireplace. This is not a magazine shoot type of room where everything is...

We enjoyed our stay at 15 Church Street immensely. Our room, the Cypress Room, was comfortable and roomy with its own entrance. The B & B is well located and we walked just about everywhere. But, it is the hosts, Jack and Annelise Simmons who make this such a great place to stay. They are warm and welcoming and host...
