I was quite impressed with the hotel. I arrived late on Thanksgiving night, and was greeted by Camaro, a very personable representative. I was traveling with a small dog and appreciated the lower than average pet fee. My room was fine. The only concern was that the bed was a bit creaky. But it was comfortable. When I realized I didn't have any water, Camaro offered to bring it to me, and even included a small snack. She went above and beyond, and I will stay here again when in Columbia.
After spending quite a few nights at various Hilton properties this summer, this hotel is absolutely the best, spotless, convenient. Staff outstanding, Camero at front desk, Stella in the kitchen, cannot do enough for you. They even text you when you get into your room to be sure you’re satisfied, never had that before, nice touch. Breakfasts had great variety, and just continued to be refilled. Beautiful outdoor pool, and adjacent to a gorgeous lake, loaded with huge turtles and loads of ducks. It has a great walking path around the lake. This really felt more like a resort, than a hotel off an interstate. Tia, the Manager, very sweet, and runs a very tight ship. Bravo to you all, can’t wait to come back!
Staff made it a point to check that we were enjoying our stay. Always happy when the room is clean, beds & pillows comfortable, and when HVAC works well and doesn't disturb sleep, Took advantage of the nice selection of snacks and beverages for sale in lobby. Plus - staff had super handy list of restaurants that did delivery or curbside. So helpful!! Small touches made our stay super easy and enjoyable ❤️💤😁
I have stayed here several times. Should say hotel has slipped just a bit. Trash in the parking lot noticed it all day. Also some person left eaten fruit in the lobby. It was there for hours. I threw it away. Carpet cleaning going on on Monday evening during check in. Was hard to navigate halls as equipment was all over the place. Luckily did not last long. What makes this place is the following. Super staff. Camara on the desk is amazing. Working hard all the time. Very friendly and on cue for any needs. Make sure to keep her. Other desk staff is very good as well. Breakfast staff indifferent but ok. Room was great and super clean. My friend did however encounter a broken lamp in her room and nightligt didn't work. Front desk took care of it right away. Hotel has ample parking and overall is very convenient tor any needs. When in Colubmia I will stop here again. Again Kudos to Camaro at the front desk.…
Easy access to hotel from I 26, close to shopping and food outlets. Check in efficient with information provided on hotel. Room very nice and clean. Room quiet during stay. None the less one issue was breakfast. Improvements are needed with hot meals, need more variety here. The Burry bagels were unsatisfactory, mold on both packages. Overall hotel is a destination when in town. Bags to go were pick up at checkout and when open on road trip the Burry bagels in bag also had mold on them. Not pleasant.
Stayed here for a soccer game. Rooms were quiet (except for someone’s dog who barked twice in the morning). Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Free cookies at check in until they run out. Very close to a mall and lots of food options.
Clean spacious King room. Receptionist was terrific! Helpful and compassionate to our problem ( our reservation was thru a third party and was not found on arrival). This will definitely be our go to hotel in our future travels! Breakfast was delicious and abundant amounts and variety! Check out was easy and staff friendly and polite !
Been here many times. Always clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. We always enjoy taking an evening stroll around the lake behind the hotel. There are 3 or 4 restaurants just a 90 second walk across the street. Perfect location at I-26 exit 103, very easy exit and entry.
We have stayed here 2 years in a row on our way to Hilton Head. It is very pet friendly. The staff is friendly and professional. The complex and rooms are very clean. Great pool/outdoor area with a great lake for walking the dog. Near shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.
This was my first time staying here. They were great to make sure I had a nice room. Only issue, I signed up for an accessible room, and got a lovely room, but it had a bath tub. This is an overall Hilton comment. I hate that they allow pets now at all their properties. I have a service dog, and the kitchen staff in the morning watched me like a hawk, even though I had my SD vested. But everyone at the front desk and house keeping were awesome. And I loved the walking path.
