It is located in a bland neighborhood. However, it is close to the freeways and easy to get to anywhere in Columbia from there. Things change when you get inside. It is very attractive and the staff is cordial. We especially liked Lena the waitress....More

The room was not actually overcharged. After changing a form of payment it can take 3-5 business days for the original authorization hold to be released by the bank. The same applies for incidental authorizations. It is unlawful for a hotel to charge anything additional other than the price agreed upon at the time of booking unless the guest does not qualify and has booked a discounted rate. The only other charges that a hotel will impose are purchases made directly at the hotel or if there is any damage in the room. In this particular case none of this applied.
