We had a fantastic, if hurried, stay at the 1425 inn. Shannah was a fantastic hostess, making sure we not only had the items we needed, but also taking the time to talk to us about Columbia's history, and some important sites to see. I would recommend this as a destination for everyone to visit.

Stayed overnight on a work trip. The reviews on this site are quite accurate - the inn is spacious and inviting, the rooms quiet and immaculate, the beds comfortable, and I'd be happy as pie if I could wake up to that breakfast spread each morning. The innkeeper Bill's warm hospitality was deeply appreciated. I felt pretty spoiled & ready...

Happened on this charming inn when we found ourselves tiring of our drive through the Carolinas. Arrived to a very warm welcome as the hosts were having a combo basketball party and baby shower for their friends and family. We were invited to join in at a table laden with apps and abundant wine. From there, we were directed to...

We had the opportunity to stay at this lovely little Inn on two different nights, before and after our Masters tickets in Augusta. We chose the Inn because of all of the 5 star reviews that it had received on TripAdvisor and we are sure glad that we did. Bill, the Innkeeper, is charming and made sure that all of...

My friend and I stayed two nights at the 1426 Inn and absolutely loved it! Bill, the innkeeper, is amazing and was responsive to our every need. Its quiet at night, in a great location close to restaurants and the capitol. The Inn features art work from local residents on the walls and gives it a feel of not only...

On March 10, 2017, we hosted a Cousins Reunion with 14 dinner guests. The hospitality and accommodations were excellent as were the food and personal service. The Inn's attention to our requests and to even the small details was outstanding. Two couples stayed overnight. We highly recommend the 1425 Inn accommodations, hospitality, and service.

My teenage daughter and I stayed here while in Columbia for a college visit to University of South Carolina. The inn is located close to campus, and Bill, the innkeeper could not have been a better host! There were complimentary drinks and snacks available in the lovely downstairs sitting room: sodas, bottled water, beer and wine, trail mix, chips, etc....

Wonderfully located in Columbia - close to everything. Went down for a concert at Township Auditorium. Room was HUGE. Exceptionally clean & comfortable. Bill & Carol very helpful. Enjoyed our stay and will go back.

The 1425 Inn was marvelous! Beautiful room, private bath, exceptionally clean, delicious breakfasts, and hospitable staff! I highly recommend this Inn!!! The location is within walking distance of many of Columbia's attractions allowing one to walk instead of drive to museums and other amenities.

I have the pleasure of staying here frequently when in Columbia on business and couldn't be happier with my choice. "My" room-the Gervais- is always impeccably clean and welcoming. I love the Frette linens, the claw foot tub, the personalized breakfast service, and the gracious but unobtrusive innkeepers. Highly recommend!
