The hotel front appears to be boarded up; nothing like the online pictures. There’s a dimly lit parking lot in the back where you enter. The lobby smelled musty; the guy at check-in didn’t speak much English; the elevator was slow & loud with a handprint on the wall (see pic). My room was gross. The door was hard to...

Have stayed here before while visiting our son at USC.. but this time we had to leave immediately..stinks of mold and stale smoke..hair in bed..sheets had not been changed and " housekeeping have left" was the reponse..inflated rates when something on in town too. Never again! Found a much nicer place about 15 minutes away ☺

Serious dump. Smells moldy and smokey. Stains on the carpet and furniture. The renovation on this place cannot get done fast enough. The person that booked this is going to catch a load of crap tomorrow. If my car did not have a flat outside the Raycom station I would have booked at my own expense at on of the...

Absolute rat hole!! This place was horrible. Floors were dirty, the beds were made up but the sheets were not changed from the visitors before me. Pizza boxes and molded food on the floor behind the bathroom door. hair still in the sink from where someone shaved and didn't clean up. They would not refund me even after going into...

We booked a 2 queen size bed room for 88,48$. Upon arrival they placed us in a 1 bed room.... but we still had to pay the initial price ! What a rip off. The staff would not hear any complain. Worst of all, the room we were given was so not as advertised on the pictures : mold, stained...

Where to begin... if I cold post a negative "overall rating" I would. This hotel is absolutely horrible. From the staff, to the accommodations, on down the line. We were visiting my daughters friend at USC for the weekend - 8+ hour drive down from Maryland. Got there around 1pm, they would not let us check-in early, even though the...

This hotel is barely being held together. The hotel was dirty and old and smelled, and so did my room. The air conditioner barely worked at full power, the faucet in the bathroom wouldn't shut off, the toiled barely flushed. When I checked in, they said the elevator wasn't working correctly and unless a guest who used it "sent it...

Be advised that this property is currently being renovated top to bottom. The "tower" structure is completely gutted and there are no amenities (restaurant, bar, swimming pool). That being said, there are still rooms available in the other building of the hotel. Keep in mind that this is an older property and showing its age. But you can still expect...

Being a dated hotel is no excuse for the uncleanliness and disrepair of the the hotel in general and the room we stayed in. We actually switched rooms after opening the door to the first room. We were going to be charged regardless of the stay so we looked at two other rooms and picked the lesser of two hog...

STAY AWAY! This is a tired, old hotel. The halls, rooms smelled horrible. Carpeting was filthy. TV didn't work. NO amenities. Front desk staff very nice but still didn't make up for bad shape hotel is in. Needs an overhaul.
