I travel a lot for work to Columbia and stayed at other hotel and decide to give this place a try. The hotel was from the lobby and rooms were spotless. I enjoyed the breakfast and the people working there was kind and welcoming. This will be my place of chose from now. Keep up the great work.
Convenient, safe, quiet location, large comfortable room and bed, wonderful kitchen, powerful shower, laundry and workout room together, great breakfast with omelettes, convenience “store” with food and emergency items in hotel. Really good location close to anything you could need.
Nothing but great things to say! Convenient location with plenty of options to eat at. Hotel staff was friendly at check in and check out. Kitchenette is an extra bonus if you’re staying for a longer period of time with full size fridge. Will definitely be returning on our way back thru.
This hotel is amazing with kind and caring staff. The room are clean with lots of towel and supply need. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning was just what I needed. I will be travel back and will be make this my hotel of choice to stay. Keep up the good work.
My husband and I went for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel was very clean, staff was very polite. Our stay was awesome. If your ever in area we recommend this place. Also restaurants was only 3 minutes away.
Not the level of cleanliness I’d expect from a hilton, extremely disappointed. Someone’s hair in the shower, and sink, room appeared to be half cleaned. Stained upholstery galore. Floors in elevator area were so sticky i nearly lost my shoes. Appears newer but neglected.
This place is filthy! The first time we stayed at this property everything was fine. That was May 2022. We returned just 2 months later to stay again and I don't think they have cleaned the property at all, in two months. The shower is full of mold and the shampoo and body wash were empty. The floors have about a half an inch of dirt and build up on them. The sheets look like they are 20 years old. They were dingy and thread bare. Thank goodness it was just one night. What a shame. It was great, but no more.
Room was very clearly not cleaned prior to check in. Dog hair on the floor, hair in the beds and on all towels, tables not even wiped off, did not want to walk on the floor with bare feet. I reported all items to the front desk multiple times and the room was never re-cleaned, just gave me more towels and re-made one of the beds. When I told the front desk she kind of blew me off and said she would 'let the manager know'. I did not have a DND sign in my room and the peep hole cover was broken so it remained uncovered and open all the time. I am a woman who travels alone on business, so this was not safe. I reported this to the front desk and she did not take it seriously at all. She also kind of blew me off and said, "so what, do you want a piece of tape or something to keep it shut?" I told her I just wanted it to be fixed. No one ever came, so I just stuffed a tissue in the peep hole to protect my privacy. The hallways looked very dirty, like they had not been swept or mopped in several days. Based on the condition and cleanliness of the property, I did not want to try to eat breakfast there, so I was unable to utilize that amenity. I am a Diamond member and can tell you from experience that this is not representative of Hilton standards. Hilton should pull their flag from this hotel because it was a real bad experience.…
Housekeeping should do a better job. Our room had some weird sauce dripping down all the handles of the kitchen drawers. The shower has red mold in the shower pan. The sofa bed mattress is disgusting and had spots and crumbs. The smaller table next to the sofa bed had dried sauce and crumbs. There were hand prints all over the door, and a cover of dust on top of the fridge. I had to come in with cleaning supplies to clean. myself, and get rid of the mold in the shower. I’m diamond because I stay in Hiltons almost every other week for work. The level of attention to detail falls far below normal standards here. You keep getting the same comments, but it seems like nothing changes. The Tru team by the Zoo keeps an exceptionally clean hotel and friendly staff; maybe train some H2 people on cleanliness standards there? I would have stayed there, but wanted a full fridge for my length of stay. This hotel is in a great location, and is kind of new; it should have great reviews. I stay at H2 in Whitemarsh MD, and it is one. Of my favorite hotels, this was disappointing. Cleaning properly would change your business. I would not stay here again for this reason, even though I can walk to one of my work locations. I feel like I need to be paid for the housekeeping I had to do before I could unpack LOL ATTENTION TO DETAIL PLEASE; I want to be able to come back and enjoy it.…
We arrived and they informed us that they are overbooked and instead of getting our 2 queen beds, they upgraded us to a King with extra space. Wouldn't call it an upgrade when we have 3 adults. Would have preferred the extra bed so my husband didn't have to sleep on a pull-out bed with springs in his back. There were no wash clothes in the room. Only Decaf coffee in the room. No sugar. They had the flatest pillows on the planent and they had no spares for us. The king size bed had a queen flat sheet on it that barely came to the end of the mattress. Breakfast is not the best.
