Great stay and location. We were in town for TN vs. SC game. Hotel was 4 miles from stadium and downtown. Breakfast was a good bonus to wake up to! The staff at the front desk was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.
So my night was already going horribly bad my power was out and I needed a place to stay decided on the Country and Inn Suites of Radisson and what a great decision it was from the moment that I walked into the door I felt like I was home. The 2 agents behind the desk could not have been any more wonderful Miss Katrell and Miss Katrina made me feel right at home. Their customer service was top notch they anticipated my needs like a person in customer service should do . I am normally only a Hilton brand hotel customer but this experience has change my mind keep up the great work ladies!!
The area was amazing. Not to far from places to eat or just a convenient store . The hotel was so peacefully and smelled fresh like pinesol.. I couldn’t believe it .. I never been to a hotel that smell like that .
If you want to feel safe and protected this is not the hotel for you. Staff is rude that did check in took id and was typing for 3 to 4 min ask what he was doing and rudely stated getting the room that is available. Advised I am a member and had the confirmation. Told me that they are not part of Radisson and I needed to make the reservation on country inn and suites website, which I did.
Old, tired and shabby, this was a terrible value for your money. Pillows on bed saw better days a decade ago. Woman at desk very friendly and helpful during the day, man at desk at night needed training as was slow and unfriendly. Took us 40 minutes to check in at 8pm on a Thursday and there was only one group in front of us. Breakfast in morning okay, although staff taking care of it nice and efficient. There are quite a few hotels in the area, I’d try another one.
Shower had hair on the wall, so obviously not cleaned. Plastic bag on the smoke detector, not sure what that was about. The desk chair looked like it had been used in a frat house for 5 years. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
Need to get the pool and exercise area/equipment opened. Hot breakfast in the morning as well. Individuals can take care of themselves. We don’t need someone else to tell us what we can or can’t do. I need a hotel to offer everything they have. Covid is over. Watch out for monkey pox I guess.
I wish I could have stayed longer. We are from Indiana, driving to Myrtle Beach. This was a great place to rest on our way there. The room was clean, had comfortable bed, and staff was so friendly. ☺️Breakfast was only available until 9am and I missed it. Hallway walls needs to be updated, but overall it was great to stay there.
If you like dirty bathrooms, hotel chairs with stains all over them that you wouldn’t dare sit down and carpet that has you not taking off your shoes for fear of what foot fungus you might pick up, than by all means book a room. This was the most horrific Country Inn and Suites I have ever been too. So turned off we got up and left first thing in the morning. Would not even eat the breakfast because the lack of care and cleanliness everywhere in hotel was apparent. Told hotel clerk on way out that it was awful and dirty, she just sighed. I said clearly I wasn’t the first to say this to her. Even the doors to rooms where gross with dirt and neglect. Stay in a tent before you waste your money.
This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. We had a suite so our kid could be in her own space. The place was filthy. It did not seem like the sheets were washed. There were stains all over the carpet. Despite being non-smoking, our room smelled like smoke and there were burn marks on the bathroom countertop from cigarettes. I had to sleep with my mask on because of the smell, also I had to use an inhaler. The AC unit was so loud in the suite room, we had to turn it off, so it was extremely uncomfortable in the room. The hallways and lobby also smelled like cigarettes. Do not stay here, disgusting. I don't think this place has been updated in about 20 years. Gross.
