The room smelled gross. Like it had been smoked in for 30 years, and then someone decided to declare it one day a non smoking room. Without doing anything at all to the room. The carpet looked like it was about 30 years old. Room was permeated with stale smoke.
Burned marks on bed comforter, bugs, cockroaches, black burned stains on countertop, disgusting carpet (dirtier and blacker than clerks butt hole). Without exaggeration the dirtiest place I have ever seen. If sanitation is your enemy, you should stay at this motel.
Front desk lady extremely rude and very argumentative. Excessive foot traffic. High prices for the quality (definitely not a quality hotel. Not a super 8 more like strong -10). Roaches and bed bugs needs to be evaluated by code enforcement and health department $5 discount when you pay to there personal cashapp (shady)
Nice clean hotel near Fort Jackson. Friendly staff helped me with all the information and routes to army graduation. I really loved the location in middle of shopping center and restaurant and near to army graduation site. We will be back again.
I only stayed One night in the hotel but it was super for a budget hotel. The lobby is tastefully decorated with a huge TV and nice sitting area plus an in-wall fireplace. This is a very clean comfortable hotel but not an extravagant one. It is a non-smoking facility and there is a special little Porch outside with a picnic table and ashtray for smokers, that is covered. All rooms are inside rooms, and amenities like the ice machine vending machine and washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor, along with the breakfast area. You get a continental breakfast with your reservation consisting of a pastry cereal with milk coffee or toast along with grits and oatmeal and all the condiments were provided. Omar was my check-in specialist as well as check out and he is extremely nice and polite very easy to deal with. He knows the nearby area very well and was helpful when I asked about nearby restaurants. For $70, I stayed in a nice comfy room with new flooring, fridge & microwave plus TV & alarm clock. AC works great too! This is 5 stars for a budget hotel. Will visit again!!!!…
It was dirty, tub had a hole in side, bugs crawling on counter and in bathroom, the carpet was damp and dirty (feet & socks were black), bad supervision of place as my car was covered in cigarette ashes and there were fingerprints all over my windows when I left in morning & the noise at night was outrageous. I brought it to the morning lady's attention and showed photo of things. I have never been contacted back after she took down my number to make amends for terrible stay.
Filth is the best way to describe this Super 8. The room was supposed to be 2 queen beds and it was 2 full beds with a queen headboard. Dead cockroaches on bathroom floor, live baby one on dresser as we set our bag down almost on top of it. Went to wash our hands and the sink drain emptied right onto the floor, we had to put the waste basket under it. The bed sheets were all wrinkled as if they hadn't changed them from the previous guest, also cigarette holes in the bedspread and the room stunk like old cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. We had to pay extra 25.00 for our small dog and she was cleaner than this room. Our dogs house is cleaner than this room. We arrived late and this was the only room available so we were stuck. We slept in our clothes on a blanket we brought with us on top of the bed that's how filthy it was. Never again will we stay in a Super 8, we will sleep in our car before we ever come back here or use a Super 8 again. FILTHY is the only way to describe this hotel. DO NOT STOP HERE. BEWARE FILTHY…
Not only do they not help u with ur questions they do not give u ur promised extras like late check out with our rewards. Dead frog under our sink for 3 days. Roaches everywhere and did not give me my reward points or my receipts. Then was very disrespectful to my child
I stayed here Nov 25 2021. I figured out they have a bad infestation of German cockroaches. I left with swollen bug bites on my body. I'm really not sure how to proceed. If these bites get infected and paying so much for a room so infested....... Staff was nice but not worth the health hazard. They are aware of the infestation and shouldn't be occupying these rooms without remedy
I was pleasantly greeted and helped by Isha. She is professional and displays a genuine kindness to weary travelers. The rooms are clean and staff is responsive to my request for fresh towels. I would recommend this hotel for a reasonable priced clean room.
