Stayed here for the Tennessee game, could not get closer to the stadium/ only option available. The room had a smell. Small pillow size and only 2 in the room. It was just an ok room and did the job. I wouldn’t stay here again if other hotels were available (Marriott).
Nice clean hotel.. check in clerk was friendly & helpful, as was the checkout clerk next day..It’s in a great area with stores & restaurants nearby..would stay there again if in the area..it’s west of the downtown area which we try to avoid..
Stayed here two nights to attend state band tournament nearby. Chose this hotel and it was our first stay here. Arrived around 300 pm for early check in. Hotel has elevator & adequate parking. Room 203 assigned and noticed odd odor when first walked into room. General observation is that housekeeping not up to par and needs tuned up. Carpet not super clean and shoes were sticking to non-carpeted flooring. Light bulb missing in floor lamp on check-in & Kleenex box didn’t make it through 1st evening w/o going empty. TV’s are connected to Direct TV. Was unable to change TV volume as remote not programmed to accommodate. TV had mind of it’s own and turned itself off and unable to get turned back on during 2nd evening’s stay. Had trouble with room key cards as wouldn’t open door on 2nd day when returned back to room. Had to get new key cards to re-enter after two trips to the front desk. All interactions with desk attendant were impersonal and she always took a defensive posture on all topics brought not her attention and made for very uncomfortable interactions. Complimentary Breakfast bar was average. Hotel sits in area adjacent to Sam’s & Walmart for walking access. Also located next to interstate and didn’t feel that noise was an issue inside room but not the case outside in parking lot. Great walkability around and near hotel. Hotel has great potential but management needs to revisit its room ready processes & personnel to improve overall guest experience.…
I have stayed here many times over the years, but will not with the current management and ownership. The last three times I have requested a room on the "Walmart" side. On arrival, I have been assigned a room on the highway side. This last time, Adrianne said she did not know which side the odd number room that the "manage had assigned that morning", so I the first room to the right of the counter and said that I had requested a room on the other side. I then asked to see the manager and was told that "he was not in". And then informed that "I was rude". I went to my room and after unpacking my tooth brush, when back down to the desk to find my daughter-in law (d-i-l) had called 911, and found the police, and manager there. I was informed that my room was being changed and that Adrianne had called her husband (who was now also present) to "take care of d-i-l's husband. The breakfast food is also of a much cheaper quality than the previous year. On my return trip, I cancelled my reservation there and found a much better staff across the highway.…
Clean facility, friendly staff and comfy beds. Great stay! First time staying here at this comfort. Right next to Walmart for any needs and/or extra space to play some football catch after work. Will stay here again when passing through.
I would like to let the Operations Manager Rucha Patel know that he’s doing an amazing job at Harbison Comfort Suites. I would like to commend the service of the staff and one particular employee Charmaine Reed works the overnight shift and I arrived quite late on a business trip. Despite me having all my information incorrect she was patient, helpful and kind. Charmaine made what could possibly be a disaster painless!!!! Thanks
It was time to stop along my tour. The lady at the counter was VERY helpful as I just bought a item from the oldest booze store in the US and I knew I could not bring it on the plane. She set up for a local shipper to come and get it and ship it home. Thanks. Room was great and clean. It had micro and fridge in it. Breakfast had SOS, eggs Bacon, sausage, breads, cereal and bev. But I was in Flordia and no OJ. LOL. Room faced the pool and was quiet all night.
We got there around 11:30 pm & the receptionist was very nice & accommodating! The breakfast was okay but they ran out of OJ & Apple Juice. They did refill it though (after I told them). We left around 10 am the next day & continued our trip to Orlando.
